It looks like they are doing a good job trying to maintain the hotel; It is aging so it takes effort I liked the curved shower rod which gives more room when standing in the tub; the bed was comfortable and I saw no signs of bed bugs which some reviewers complain about. The TV was new and worked well. I am glad I brought an extension chord so that I could plug in my phone and laptop near the bed. Great central location, close to restaurants, etc.

The freezer worked well but my refrigerator took over 20 hours to reach a cooling temperature. Some guests had dogs which barked a lot. I think they should prohibit more than one dog per room as it would be quieter.

I personally don’t like the cleaning crew at hotels in and out your rooms , the stay here allows that only of your request which is to my likings 😎 kind of like a comfortable way of feeling at home. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival I stayed extra nights which was very convenient for my work and family obligations. Did I mention the location next to wells fargo bank which I use and the Arby’s only walking distance. electrical stove type for your own home cook meals. Perfect all you need during a snow storm 👍🏽

The beds are very comfortable rooms where clean and the lady's the front desk were very nice and helpful. .

They dont have trash can on site and no ice machine. And the manager throw away my towel that was sitting outside. That I had got from my grandmother that just passed away and that was one of the last things I had from her.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The refrigerator was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable putting my food in it. Overall, it was a good stay. It just needs some updates.

The kitchen cabinet was falling off and the furniture has chips in it. The bathroom and the carpet look like they need to be updated as well.

The staff. The location of my second room. At my insistence I was ultimately moved to 333 at the back of the property. Much quieter and more attractive with the trees and birdsong. It's also got lovely sunsets. The move was made possible by Jose, with the support of the manager, Jeremy. I found all the staff helpful, thoughtful and professional. These fellows were exceptional in my circumstances. The nightshift gal who originally checked me into 304 was also delightful (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but gorgeous short curls and a very pleasant manner). Eileen is on my all star list too. Room 333 was set up very nicely visually and was very clean (304 was also clean but just not as impressive because of its wear). Other pluses: The wifi never let me down. The location is superb - except for the highway noise, although with earplugs it's not too bad and the greenery hides the roadway from sight. Starbucks and a couple food places right across the street. Allowing pets is wonderful. The room sizes and kitchens are generous, although the bathrooms are abit cramped. The water temperature and pressure is great. Overall it's the staff that impressed me the most though.

I wasn't happy with my first room which had a "sticky" carpet and was noisy (freeway). It exhibited a fair amount of wear and tear overall. First impression of property: The grounds were unkempt and the exterior walkways/parking are uninviting because of staining, spill marks. It's a good layout but grassed and parking areas can have litter or just appear dirty. Sidewalks and balconies might benefit from a good painting of nonslip that can be power washed. Railing required repair and smokers had no comfortable designated spots (I'm a nonsmoker). The "dog park"is simply a dirt area that would likely turn to mud in the rain. Horribly hard beds and cheap toiletries. None of this is the fault of staff who appear diligent and hard working.

The mattress on the bed was perfect for the rest I needed. Loved it!!!

Everything was great. Especially the location. Various choices for lunch or dinner.

The staff was very helpful n really understanding Mr Desmond was very nice rooms clean n easy to deal with the staff

The lighting in the rooms could have been a little bit better but other then tht over all its a great place

Before checking in , Flys and Nats got in the room , maybe the maid had doors open while cleaning but it was very uncomfortable, outside of this IT WAS FINE.

Needed more lighting around outside area..very dark outside. Need new sheets,pillows blanket[linen]

Room was so clean I could not find a pencil or piece of paper to write on…or ad for your accommodations. I had not stayed in a hotel/motel since COVID-19 and still concerned about sanitization…. as far as I could tell, room was very clean.
