The facility was very clean and comfortable

I have stayed here in the past with my family. We love the breakfast options the next day. I had a family of five expecting full hot breakfast the next morning as we always do this is why I choose your facility. However, this particular location was only serving cereals, they were out of orange juice, no egg, sausage or bacon was being offered and the coffee had one empty pot, and the other one was very bitter due to it being the last cup. Was not happy at all, considering we chose this facility for an overnight stay expecting Breakfast to be included since we did pay for it.

The hotel itself was super clean, the room was super clean and bigger than expected, the bthrm was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean, the staff was really nice and helpful, it was in a good location... I would DEFINITELY recommend!!

There was nothing we didn't like.... but the USB wasn't charging, so we had to plug in an adapter. That's LITERALLY the only thing wrong but not a big deal to complain about.

The hotel is in great condition. The lobby is spacious and the breakfast area was very nice. The food and breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The elevators and hallways were wide and clean and bright. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of storage in the room. I really like the design of the hotel and the rooms. The location is easily accessible off of the interstate and there are many restaurants nearby. Downtown Fayetteville is also only a few minutes away.

The showers need more water pressure. The area around the hotel is okay, but appears a little run down. The front desk staff was unprofessional. While I was waiting they took a call from a customer about something that was broken in their room, and the front desk staff was cold and rude to the customer and complained about them openly to other customers. The breakfast staff worked very hard but was also rude and cold to customers when asked questions. Some customer service training seems needed.

Everything except what's below in the didn't like section. I really enjoy the fact that when I asked the staff the best restaurants, that the price didn't matter. They told me

In room 127 I noticed that there was some strange bubble on the ceiling, the USB ports by the window side of the bed were pushed so far in I could not connect to them, in the shower when facing the opposite of the shower head in the top right corner there was a hole that had not been sealed with caulk.

Breakfast was delicious Although I wish it lasted until 1000. The facilities were extra clean and well prepared by staff. The convenient location right off of I-95 really helped our trip go more smoothly.

We checked in very late in the evening and the computer systems were down. This made checking out a little difficult for the morning staff to properly charge our credit card. Overall I think it was a minor inconvenience.

Friendliness of staff. Nice atmosphere on main floor, nice room…spacious and bed comfortable.

Bathroom shower floor needs a good bleach cleaning & bathroom floor - especially corners - need cleaned better. Breakfast - only 1 regular trash…was overflowing along with recycling next to it - both overflowing with regular trash at 8AM…breakfast went to 10…in 15 min we were there - still more trash and never changed…was gross!

This property was very clean. The room was wonderful and roomy for our family of four. Staff was very welcoming and willing to answer our questions.

Free buffet was less than anticipated. Oven was broken so no hot foods and pancake machine not working. We were able to find enough to eat before getting back on the road.

very easy to check in, parking and ease of getting around hotel with luggage and an infant. crib was available which is a huge help when traveling. a good amount of plugs for electronics. the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE! best sleep we had our entire trip. bathroom decent size and the coffee station was a nice area for bottle prep.

probably not the hotel’s fault but absolutely no water pressure for showering. this could be a town regulation for water control so we don’t hold that against the hotel.

The hotel is new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We came in after a long car trip and everything was perfect. Easy check in, bright and cheery lobby with lots of space to rest or meet up with other members of your group. The showers were hot and great water pressure. The family enjoyed the hot breakfast.

This property was absolutely fabulous. It was clean. The staff went above and beyond their duties to make you feel welcome.

Having to make the U-turns was not a pleasant experience but not something that would stop me from utilizing this hotel again in the future.
