Everything! The guy that helped us, I didn't get his name, he had glasses and was a black male, he was just awesome and his customer service is top tier. I went in Friday. I can't believe I didn't get his name! Thank you for making everything run smooth and easy and I've stayed in many hotels and NEVER received a call to my room asking if I was happy with it. Made me feel like a celebrity 😊 definitely when I go back to visit, i will make my reservation here again. Thank you!!

The Staff.... Reese, Trey and Endia were all amazing... Reese went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful! We came to town to visit my daughter and go to the football game, the drive was quick to the stadium. The gym was perfect, the room was great!

Spacious room and bath. Well lit bathroom.

Rooms are not serviced for extended stays. You have to request clean towels, linens, etc. For the prices required for daily stays, there are very few services provided these days. The days of freshly made beds, and clean towels, and bathrooms cleaned are a thing of the past evidently. No breakfast provided.

The staff accommodated my early check-in. It was very helpful to me because I was in an area I didn't know well and I didn't have much to do until about dinner time. I'm truly grateful for the staff accommodating me.

The whole experience was wonderful. The room was super clean, well stocked, and completely comfortable. I had the two room suite. Lavish queen bed and a dedicated livingroom with kitchen. It resembled a mini one bedroom apartment. I can say enough good things. Full on kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The dining/work area was large enough to accommodate three people. TV in both spaces. There was an added vanity with chair in the bedroom. Large bathroom. I love it. I wil be a return visitor. The staff were uber friendly and professional. Parking was well lit and adequate. Thanks for making us comfortable.

The fan that brings heat from the living room heating unit to the bedroom didn't work. Took a long time to get the bedroom warm. Glass plate missing from the microwave. It would be good if these things are checked between guests.

I like the arrangement of the room well-thought-out excellent kitchen facility. unexpected. especially to have such a large refrigerator and a ready to go kitchen with Quality Clean utensils. Also liked the nice long stretch of countertop workspace.

The AC and heating system gave us some difficulties. Took many many hours for the room to Rise Up from its 65 degree temperature upon arrival a comfortable 72 degrees. Ariana the unit ran fairly noisily all night long mostly pumping out cold air which resulted in ear aches in the morning. Too bad because the bed was very comfortable.

I liked the location and I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived and the ease of check in I booked online.

No housekeeper service being I only stayed for 2 nights this should be revised anything could happen and house keeping service is needed we should really have the option of recving it if needed.
