Waffles were ok but the syrup was disgusting !! Eggs and sausage tastes fake .. just no.. the orange juice couldn’t possibly be from a legit orange ! Bagels and cream cheese were ok. Coffee was just ok ..

Decent location, with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty standard - if you've been to a Hampton Inn you'll recognize what they offer here too. The business center wasn't very secluded (it was in the middle of the breakfast area), but it was functional and offered a printer. The rooms were quiet, not too much traffic noise and noise from the hallway seemed to be well muffled.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, around an hour after check-in time. Several other people were waiting for their rooms as well. There was a bit of confusion about when we were checking out too.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The queen beds were made well, nice TV, wonderful breakfast. The pool is heated, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and bends over backwards to accommodate guests. They even have toiletries to provide free of charge if you forget something (thank you for the toothpaste). A very quiet, pleasant overnight stay. The gentleman working the front desk even covered our drinks when we were checking out. I love this Hampton Inn.

There was pink mildew around part of the shower head, but these things happen and I wasn’t really bothered by it. I also wasn’t a big fan of the pillows provided, but I’m kind of picky about that sort of thing. Not a dealbreaker by any means

We loved the hotel being in the heart of Greenville. We were close to everything! We also loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were.

We had to reset the TV upon entering our room, not a huge problem but a heads up would’ve been helpful. We also would’ve liked them to come in and make up our room while we were out but we thought maybe protocols have changed since COVID.

A gentleman named Fabian was helping with early check in as much as he could. The family had rented out the green room, we all traveled into NC. So we just needed to rest and get ready for the party. He was awsome, kept us posted as soon as there was availability. Awsome employee 👌

The room was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The gym was very good as well.

Breakfast could have been better as there were a lot of sweet options and not as many savory choices.

When I got to the hotel I had to pay $40.00 more then what I was told on booking.com. But the lady at the front desk told why it was more and the third party bookings never put that extra $40.00 in the price

For us the location is great! The gentleman at the front desk was great! Very friendly and accommodating!

The pillows could use some improvement! IMO, they are too soft.

Close to ECU and lots of shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Room was a lot small than I’m used to with Hampton Inn. Did not have a walk-in shower.
