The staff was absolutely AMAZING CURTIS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I can’t remember her name but I checked in on 1/10 it was 9 am and booked the wrong location. I was there for a funeral and the service that was provided to me by this woman brought tears of joy and comfort to my heart and soul. She deserves recognition for the amazing service that she provides. I would love to know that her kindness and impeccable work does not go unnoticed.

The property was very clean

It's clean. That's huge. The staff are great. very friendly and professional. The free breakfast was really good. Eggs, sausage, several types of bread to toast, a waffle maker, yogurts, fruit, and good coffee.

I honestly didn't find anything wrong with this place. It's an older building but it's well maintained.

We stayed the first night of our stay at another hotel that was not the Hamptons, and the beds were very very bad. So we had to fine another hotel. The only other hotel that was available was the Hampton well we tried it and it was wonderful. The staff was great, check-in was easy and the beds were great. We loved it. The other problem we had was we had a cat and she goes everywhere with us, that is why we choose the first hotel because we thought there wasn't any other hotel that allowed pets, well the Hampton does. So from now on we will choose the Hampton's to stay in.

Costumer service was okay, but the breakfast lady was amazing she made it all worth it fantastic!! I would come back she made me feel like I was home!

I expected the rooms to be a little bigger, rooms we're definitely too small!! The gym doesn't really have much options when working out, the pool had a lot of chlorine in it I wanted to get in but unfortunately as soon as I tested the water with my hand it had a strong chlorine smell. Rooms definitely need updating.

The property was close to shopping, restaurants, sights and the interstate. It was very clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast each morning was good. I would recommend this property.

The location, cleanliness and staff were fantastic!! Jodi at the front desk was very helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we come visit.

The Continental breakfast was ok. No bacon!! And the small ham slices were sitting in water,, 🤮 not beer appealing.

The location was great. All staff I encountered were extremely friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I have had during a hotel stay. Hand sanitizer was available, hot items tasted great, lots of choices helped covered everyone's wants for breakfast. I loved that our double queen bed room had towels for 4 unlike some hotels where I have had to ask for more right off the bat. (A room with accomodations for 4, should have towels, etc for 4 people.) Loved that the beds were queen not full. Room was clean and fit our needs. Pool was small but great and the towels available at the pool was a bonus.

The only thing I did not prefer during our stay is a matter of personal preference. I thought the mattress was not firm enough, although it did not bother anyone else in my party. Another thing is with the Covid restrictions lessening, maybe clarifying that there will or will not be daily room cleaning upon check in. Our stay was 2 nights, so it was not a bother to get fresh towels, trash bags, etc from housekeeping. Plus they were so nice. Just if we had stayed longer, that would be nice to know up front so you can plan accordingly.

The facilities were good and my family loved the indoor pool. The lady that prepares the breakfast is the best, very nice and wants to make sure everyone is taken.care of.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the bathroom did not have a fan.

The$50 pet free was a shocker. Sayng you are pet friendly is not enough information. I was too exhausted from moving to remind them that our dog is an Emotional Suppory Animal. Renters beware of this hidden cost.

The Hampton Inn is very close to everything shopping downtown Hendersonville

The price was a little high then we normally pay but we also took our dog and I understand it was a $50 charge for that
