The Hotel was clean and curtious

There was a bad smell when walking thru one of the side doors

room was comfortable and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast not so good, not much to choose from but edible. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Location was just right for our vacation. TV had good channels and movie stations.

The shower did not make you feel safe enough for a handicap, just very weak, There were no handles to hold on to if needed in the shower.

The smile that I received when I first walked in the door the smell so good my room was just perfect big enough and the bed don't let me get started on how comfortable it felt I hated that I had to leave the swimming pool felt so wonderful 👍😊

I didn't like the fact that someone came in just out of the blue wanted a room while on the road and gave the front desk a hard time because their room wasn't ready but they insist on wanting it early then complain about getting charged a fee they going to always get to fee back is a security deposit

The room was big very spacious and very comfortable and clean I could have done without me $100 deposit they made me pay even though I booked it through booking.com

Paying a security deposit of $100 and then having to wait five to seven days for it to return to my account I'm going to fix the income and handicap to that can't afford just to leave $100 lying out there when I could be used it to survive

The staff was more than friendly, and though the hotel is a little dated (which doesn’t bother us in the least), it’s absolutely clean, which is all I look for when I’m traveling. We got upgraded to a little apartment style room with a sofa, microwave, fridge, and sink. It was just perfect. The guy working behind the desk went out of his way to be nice and to accommodate us and even gave us a room upgrade without us asking.

I love the softness of the bed the beautiful view of the city that I had and I really love to swimming pool the quietness was magnificent my room was large enough and most of all I always enjoyed the smile on the staff's face

As a tie into this there wasn't nothing that I didn't really like I just wish they would go back to hot food

The room has three different mirrors. Small refrigerator Microwave A/C and Heater worked properly TV very good Nice curtains Good view through the window. Bed was comfortable

Refrigerator did not have a bottle of water Small chair was broken Information on WiFi should be on the table and in the TV. (Recommendation: A text message can be sent to the customer upon registration about the access to WiFi.) Info on how to order food should be on the table. Carpet on the floor look old.

Everyone at front desk were great. Clean property great location

There were a group of creepy men yelling inappropriate comments at me and my older teenage daughters. Kinda scary cause we were the only one in the parking lots but other than that it was a amazing stay

Our room was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable. The check in and out people were very pleasant. Even though they weren’t able to offer a continental breakfast because of staffing, they offered a nice assortment of grab and go items; juice boxes, muffins, danish, sausage biscuits that could be heated, granola bars and fruit and coffee.

For security reasons, a guest room keycard was required for the elevator, but there stairs right next to the elevator.

Friendly staff. GREAT Jacuzzi. Ok breakfast, usually very busy.

Loud noises from above AND outside all night long! Obnoxious guest tripped fire alarm in the middle of the night. Took forever to reset.
