The room and bathroom were sparkly clean, the bed linens were clean. Everything was provided, plates, utensil, even sponge and washing detergent. The towels, tissues and soap got replenished everyday. Breakfast was yummy. I liked their sandwiches and omelette but there was no boiled egg or sausages or bacons, not much choices especially for little kiddos, so first and second day you enjoy it but third day onwards you get tired of that. overall was nice! We enjoyed out stay there. I especially liked that the heater temp could be adjusted. Many hotels get this feature locked so you cant adjust temp higher or lower that a certain temp but for this hotel, it was adjustable to whatever we liked.

the kitchen staff were cold and not cheerful. the mattress was not that comfortable but it was ok for one or two nights. The blankets were very thin, I had to get more for my kids.

Customer service was amazing. The facility was clean and well put together. Parking was easy and convenient. Housekeepers were friendly and attentive.

Tv kept cutting itself off and resetting itself to the welcome Home Screen. Each time it did it showed a different persons name. Central heating/air system did not work. Had to make sure the thermostat on the wall and the in room heater/air unit matched in order for either to work. Took some while to figure out. We either had a freezing cold room or extremely hot.

I liked the location was close to everything. I loved having the dishwasher, dishes in the room and the full-size refrigerator. The room was nice for four children, plenty of space. Nice clean friendly hotel and I will definitely stay again if I go to Charlotte.

I wish that the room that the pool was in was a little bit warmer. It was cold when you got out of the water and the staff did try to help us find the thermostat but we never did find it. Also I was a little disappointed with the breakfast selection. I didn’t feel like there was a good variety of breakfast selections. There was no fruit or yogurt. Another waffle maker would’ve been nice.

Breakfast was good. Maybe a few more healthy options in the future. I had to ask for fruit, which the lady kindly provided me with a bowl of oranges. It would be nice to have some options in fresh fruit. Coffee was great and the biscuit was delicious! Bed was very comfortable. Linens were all clean. Mia at the front desk was super friendly!

Lighting in bathroom was terrible. The vanity lights were dim and it was hard to prepare for a night out because it was so dark. There was a bedside lamp that was inoperable. Also, the bathroom door would not stay open. I had to shove a washcloth underneath to keep it from swinging back on me while I was getting ready. The bowls were dirty. Great stay but those things could have been better.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and it was not far from uptown. There were also a lot of nearby places within 5 minutes, like targer and walmart which is nice if you forgot things. There was also a nice all nearby as well and some great local restaurants. . Great location if you are traveling with kids. The indoor pool is also a nice thought. Very clean facility as well. Definitely will book again if we vist charlotte again.

The noisy guests in the adjacent room were very loud mostly in the late nights around 12am. Made it hard for us to sleep each night. Other than that, the place was great

The breakfast was the only blemish on an otherwise great stay. There were no waffles, no orange juice , and no alternative meat options for those of us who are vegetarian or don’t eat pork. As a matter of fact, the only breakfast options we saw when we arrived in the breakfast area at 7:30am was cold, cereal, muffins, and a couple of pork sausage biscuits. We were extremely disappointed.

breakfast was the same daily and a bit bland just breakfast sandwiches not many choices. The people above me were super loud. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor and I left it to see if it would get picked up when the cleaned my room and it was there the entire stay.

Excellent location - close enough to the airport without airport traffic and noise. Every staff was helpful and pleasant! The breakfast offering was amazing - everything my family wanted and more. We also enjoyed the spacious room.

The reason I chose this hotel over another less expensive property which had similar amenities was this property's indoor salt water pool. My youngest was counting on swimming but she didn't get the chance due to "schedule maintenance." We weren't told that the pool would be closed during our one day stay until after checking in.

We loved the breakfast & super friendly front desk staff, along with the well-kept outdoor areas & clean landscaping. The room was stocked with very enjoyable supplies, smelled good, felt modern & fresh.. & we enjoyed the TV & lighting.

There was no corkscrew in the silverware drawer. Snack bar was easy to use with great options, but very pricey. The thermostat in our room was a little confusing to adjust- I gave up after a minute.

Wifi was disconnected at around 8am while we were still in the hotel and we had not checked out Other families in the hotel had there kids playing around in the hallway making a lot of noise in the late evening and mornings The carpet on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned
