Location was great, facility was clean with a lot to offer families and couples. Rooms had everything you would need to feel at home.

We had the upper unit which requires you to walk 20 stairs up and down everytime your off and running, this is when difficult when you have knee issues, like I do. When checking in at 4pm we asked for a lower unit. The front desk staff said there was no availability with no house keeping to clean rooms that might of been available. She told us to come back in the morning ( which is inconvenient when you've hike 20 stsirs up with your things), she said maybe there would be something at that time again inconvenient. The facilities was not crowded at all, the bottom units were available for several days. I did not appreciate the attitude and excuss I was given, we were given the same attitude when checking out. Not the greatest way to start and end your stay.

We traveled with family. Enjoyed the extras, paddle boating, turtles, water park and being close to attractions and of course the beach nearby. Friendly staff. Our room was smaller than last time which was our only disappointment we are returning guests. Fitting for a weekend stay. Thank you for making our weekend stay special. 😎

Wish our room was the one bedroom deluxe with more room especially with active children sharp corners on furniture. We had requested the same room as our stay last year. It was not provided and the resort was not full. We paid more this yr with less space. I Looked at accommodations to compare from last yr and noticed the room we were in was half off what we paid. Only wish we had the larger room as our last stay. The deluxe room would have been more fitting as requested but not honored. That was the only disappointment. We didn’t complain as we dealt with it for the weekend. Maybe you could comp us another stay.

The condo itself was very clean and nice, great location.

When booking the resort I started out getting a two bedrooms but halfway there after driving 4 hours I was called and said I had to upgrade my stay two three bedroom and I ended up having to pay an extra $400. I also have not got my deposit back

The place was very comfortable. It is easy to get in and out of. I liked the access to private parking at the beach. It took all the stress and worry out of going to the beach knowing that I would have somewhere to park. When my kids got bored with the beach we went to the indoor pool. They had fun swimming and playing on the water sides while I had time to relax in the giant hot tub and keep an eye on them. We didn't use the outdoor pool because our kids get sun burned easily. The indoor pool was great.

I didn't like the pressure to attend a sales presentation as soon as we checked in. I was assured that it was not a time share presentation but an information session about the other properties that Hilton owns. It came with all the standard sales tactics of giving you a $300 gift card and lots of points etc. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck. No one gives you free money like this unless there is a catch. We opted out and didn't attend.

It was secluded and quite and clean.

Sad the indoor pool slides were closed. My older kids were looking forward to that activity. That was the main reason why I chose this place for a ONE night stay. Also, the kitchen was NOT well equipped. If my family of six were to stay here longer than one night we would have had to do the dishes after EVERY meal. There was only six plates, flatware and bowls!! There was I think one pot and pan to cook in. Not a good kitchen for a family of six to eat in for a long period of time.

I liked all the amenities the resort had to offer. Definitely a great place to stay for a family with children. I also liked that it was set up as condos, felt more like stay at a home instead of a hotel/motel or resort.

I didn't like that we booked a tour/meeting to see about investing in Hilton vacation properties. I was truly interested about getting information and see if it was something we would like to invest into like a timeshare. I didn't know that we would for forced/pushed to make a commitment that day, I was not prepared for that. Once we said no the sir doing our meeting He was very rude once we refused and his whole Demeanor changed after that. You shouldn't have to say no multiple times and explain your reason behind why you don't want to invest. Very pushy!

The amenities were wonderful as always. The kids had a fantastic time swimming in the pool/waterpark, using the paddleboats and playing on the playground. Rooms were perfectly equipped with just enough kitchen items and extra linens and pillows for the beds.

Cleanliness on grounds was a bit lacking. Litter in common areas and on pathways leading to rooms. Rooms had a strong musty odor upon arrival (a bit understandable as we visited in the off season). After opening all of the doors and windows for a while, the smell did improve.

The fact that I was informed late that the opening of the water park was moved back and so we were only able to use it for a few hours instead of a few days; and that my key card was disabled early even though I paid for late check out and so I had to walk back to the office after being locked out since nobody from there answered my call or my text!

We loved our room. Felt like a one bedroom apartment. It was clean and cozy. Very peaceful location. Staff was friendly and courteous. If we needed anything all we had to do was make a call. As a couples trip we enjoy walking the dock around the pond area in the evening.

Not much we didn't like, just wish we could have been a little closer to the ocean. Being that we did go early in the season the outdoor pool area was not opened yet but from what I saw it was a nice area. Would have loved to have a lounge or something along that line in the evening for the adults, since everything at the resort closes at 9.

Our suite was wonderful. Kids loved it. They love the pool, daily activities and location. Staff was great. Easy to get around. I love the suite. Comes fully stocked with towels, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans, utensils, and linens. Dishwasher, Washer & dryer so convenient!. Got up every morning and enjoyed coffee out on the deck and listen to the birds sing! It's a 5 min drive to the beach. The resort has a parking lot for you to use right across from the beach. We flew kites and got lots of sea shells. Aquarium was great. 30 minute drive Wal-Mart is a 2 minute drive to get groceries. Loved it!

Just one. If you get a suite with a loft you're up on the second floor. It's a lot of stairs if you have any kind of physical disabilities. Also a lot of trips up and down with luggage and food bags. I'd get a 2 bedroom lower suite next time for myself.
