Breakfast was best I’ve ever had staying in hotel on highway! We stayed in same facility April! Had big problem with bathroom since I need disability high toilet and walk in shower! Was told to request it if I return! Did request for this stay was told ONLY ONE IS AVAILABLE IN HOTEL? I can’t understand why in a large facility ONLY ONE? Gal on phone with me was very curt with her answers, love your place but much that toilet height was almost on the floor and my partner had trouble with tub/shower almost slipped! I THINK ID RETHINK THIS OR ATLEAST GET RUBBER SUCTION TUB MAT OR OFFER ONE ON REQUEST!

Bad bad design of bathroom facility! Much too low a toilet for disabled to raise oneself without help! Tub/shower downright dangerous and very slippery for us! Could not use! Love your hotel 2d visit, requested DISABILITY ROOM was told only (1) was in hotel and booked? Why then so many handicap parking spots?

The only issue I had was there was a few hairs in the bathroom and shower. I know it’s not terrible just not something you wanna see from a past guest.

The room was extremely nice and clean! The bathroom was equipped with Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and body lotion, which smelled very good, and we really enjoyed that. The decor was up to date and modern. Check in person was very professional and friendly. Check in process was quick and easy. Quiet room was requested, and we didn't hear any noise the entire time we were there. Breakfast was really good! Wide variety of options and delicious! There were hot bar items (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, etc.), cereal, yogurt, bagels, bakery items and a variety of juices and coffee. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The only reason I rated a 9 instead of a 10 is there were several out of order issues. The door closest to where we parked was broken and could not be entered from outside. The indoor pool was down for maintenance. One of the elevators was broken, so only one elevator. We tried to get ice in the morning and either the machine doesn't make ice very fast, or someone has used all the ice and we had to wait 20 minutes for the machine to make more ice, and it was a limited amount. To be fair, we wouldn't have used the pool anyway, but it was down. It could have been an issue for a family with children.

We loved our stay. Whenever we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here again. Bed is very comfortable. Clean linen. Clean towels. Nice big shower. Staff was always nice and helpful

Only dislike was the smell in the laundry room and the washer and dryer could use a wipe down and the detergent drawer needs to be cleaned and customers please leave the the door of the washer open after your load is finished

Breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express is always great but this was exceptional. The kitchen staff were wonderful ladies who made certain the food selection was always fresh and plentiful. And we were treated like family during this special breakfast, actually from the moment of check in through check out! Special thanks go out to Taylor and Terry.

It's difficult to fault a facility such as this. If I were to nit pick I'd suggest a choice of pillows. These were quite soft and fluffy, but my wife loved everything about the room, the bed AND the pillows!

I complimented the housekeeping personnel for the clean rooms. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious & better than going to a restaurant. I had no complaints & I was very pleased I had picked this hotel for our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place. Also if you have an electric car, there were 4 chargers, free of charge.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The hotel is so easy to get to, very convenient. It was very clean (which I appreciate so much) - and the beds are dreamy! So comfortable.

The staff was not friendly at all. I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out, but a greeting would be nice. The young woman at the front desk did not greet me or my family who came in after me. I had to say hello, offer my information. She slid the room card across the counter, and not a word was spoken- didn't give me any information about anything. In a hospitality setting, you have to be professional and greet your guests. When we left early the next morning, a different woman was at the desk and it was the same scenario. No greeting, no direction. I just left my room card and walked away after saying good morning to her.

The staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was amazing!! It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

Nothing was really wrong. The only thing that I wasn't too fond of was the fact that the bathroom had no fan to turn on when you were either using the rest room or showering. The steam was really hard to clear. But that was very miniscule.

I didn’t quite understand the set up of the rooms. I ordered a room with disability features for my parents . That room along with all the other rooms for folks with disabilities was placed the furthest away from the elevator and right across from the stairwell. I just figured that you would place disability rooms either all on the ground floor ( we were on 3rd) or at least place them nearest to the elevator for easier access. just my opinion.

I absolutely loved the location of the property. Walmart, restaurants, liquor store, and main highway is a 3 to 5 min drive from the hotel. This property is new the interior and exterior of the hotel is modern. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was enjoyable. Room came with a mini refrigerator coffee pot and microwave. I will definitely book again if I am in the area. Rooms were spacious enough for 2 ppl as well.

My only complaint about this hotel was that I was out and about on Saturday. Left my room 9am came back 7pm and my room wasn't clean bed wasn't made and towels was not replaced. I had to ask the person in the front desk for more towels for me and my wife.
