We adore this property and their staff and stay here several times a year on our road trips down from NJ to Florida. Lorraine, at the front desk went out of her way to help accommodate us when our plans changed last minute and we needed to change our date of stay. She is truly a sweetheart and welcomed us so warmly. I overheard her assisting another guest who had special needs and she was so courteous and patient. The rooms are cozy, clean and so comfortable! Especially the bed it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The property is nicely maintained with a lovely view of the courtyard and pool right from the lobby. The lobby plays 50s music overhead while you wait to check in. There is a Dennys right inside and we received free breakfast for 2! There is just something special about this place and so convenient to travelers coming off I-95. I heard they will be renovating the property soon and I hope they don't change the old world charm, the beautiful layout or the courtyard area. It's just lovely and one of our main reasons for coming back again! Thank you!

The bathrooms and rugs need a little updating but otherwise loved everything!

We had 4 adults and were only allowed a breakfast for 2 adults. That should have been explained.

Booking.com sent a confirmation and stated the rate for the room with tax was $146.84. According to Holiday Inn records Bookin.com stated a rate of $139.95 plus tax equaling $158.15. However Holiday Inn charged me $146.84 on July 24 when I checked in and $11.31 when I checked out. Holiday Inn stated on July 26, 2023 that there is nothing they can do since the "error" is with Booking.com

The room was beautiful very comfy and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

I was very disappointed that there was no lounge/restaurant on premise. Yes there is a 24hour breakfast lunch place, just not what we wanted after a long day traveling. Will probably not stay there again because of that, especially since there are so many other options around us.

Close to hiway

There are two Holiday Inn on the street the Xpress and this one I wanted to book the express but I accidentally I booked the other one. They should make it more clear on which one is which.

It was conveniently located right off of I95

There were a few long hairs(not ours) located on the coffee maker tray that was obviously not wiped down and a few hairs ( again, not ours) in the bathtub that you could clearly see. Kinda gross to find random hairs that don’t belong to you.

Room was larger than a lot of other chain hotels in this price bracket. The collocated Denny’s restaurant was welcomed on this cold and rainy night.

Our room, 156, was the furthest away from the lobby and restaurant. Quite a hike for dinner and morning coffee

The bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was big.

The lobby is kind of loud, especially on a Friday/Saturday night - with the Dennys. It seems like a beneficial and unique feature but, it might be worth considering a late-night closing, as opposed to 24 hours.

I like that there's always a friendly face behind the counter and helping me with whatever I need . I like that Denny's is right in the lobby. Too bad the pool was out of service.I had a great time over this year I've stayed there three times going back and forth from Florida to New York.

Easy to find , loved the Denny’s attached to the Hotel had a GREAT waitress Shay Excellent server very polite she always kept making sure we were okay ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We did not have breakfast. If was a connection drive overnight stay. The Hotel desk clerk receptionist was excellent and very energetic and informative of the hotel amenities and she was extremely polite and kind. She was 5-plus in Customer Service. She made you feel that she appreciated us staying and choosing the Holiday Inn. She offered us to become members of the Holiday Inn for travel and because of her very warming sincere attitude, we signed up, only because of her excellent way of making us feel welcomed. 5-Star Customer Service by the Desk Receptionist. At check out, the staff was very polite and courteous and thank us for staying at the Holiday Inn.

There was no disliked situations. In the bathroom, the body wash dispenser was empty.
