The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond expectation.

I had requested an early check in due to a 2:00 wedding and I spoke with the hotel directly. The customer service representative that I spoke to arranged for the early check in and noted in his log so that it would be available. My reservation was for 2 queen beds. Upon arrival I was told they did not have any rooms available at that time, but I informed them of the conversation I had with the prior front desk customer serve agent and told him it was noted in the logbook. I was given a room, but when I went to the room it was a king bed, I immediately contacted the front desk to alert them of the mix-up and told him I did not have time to deal with it then, but he sent the housekeeping staff to rectify the situation.

The property was very clean, the breakfast was good

I didn’t like that check in starts at 4:00pm but I wasn’t able to check in until almost 8:00pm due to them being short staff and the rooms weren’t available. I went to sit in my car for an hour seen other people walk in and was able to get in a room meanwhile I came back to ask about my room and was told I still didn’t have a ETA I had to threaten to call corporate for me to get a room on a different floor when this could’ve been done from the beginning. I ended up being late for my NYE party that started at 8pm Because I checked in at 7:45pm

very accommodating to allow pets. this made it very convenient to include her in out family trip. love the continental breakfast! always a win.

the indoor pool was a little on the chilly side. but did not stop the kids from jumping in but did not stay as long as we normally would have. but the facility was very clean and seating in there was nice.

Good quality and location convenient Desk clerk excellent. Observed my brother setting an item further away from the area where he was checking in. Noticed later that the item was not picked up. At some point he realized he did not have the item (an important family book). His wife checked the car. Others looked at our items. All worried it was lost. When we came down to leave for family event, the clerk walked over to my brother and handed the book to him. Unbelievable. He remembered the customer who had left an item.

Good selection of cereal and other cold breakfast items. I like not having housekeeping daily. I used to put up the "do not disturb" sign. Also it's nice not hearing them knock on every day announcing housekeeping when it used to be daily.

Sausage and red potatoes every day for breakfast. Bacon or ham one day would have been nice.

The King Suite was a nice size. The wet bar worked out well for me. I did hang items in the closet space. I loved the shower but I wanted a bathtub for this trip since it was about rebooting.

They accommodated us at the last minute (as the first hotel we booked with was horrid) and wee had a great stay. Would definitely use them again.

The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location had easy off & on for I-540 which made travel very easy.

Our first morning there, we had to look for a breakfast table that had been wiped off. We came at the end of a busy time and the staff was doing their best to keep up.

I asked for a quiet room and they totally delivered - no noise on either night, one of which was a Friday. I actually really liked the towels - soft and fluffy. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning unit was quiet, and the toilet flush and the bathroom fan were both really...quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful

The hot breakfast was pretty basic, and the baked goods were very dull. The fruit in the fruit bowl had seen better days

My only complaint was that the air conditioner was too loud. And the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Otherwise, the room was large and clean.
