The room was nice and spacious. My daughter had room to run around. She loved the pool. And the breakfast was pretty good. Also liked that there were fresh baked cookies daily! That was a sweet treat.

There was an issue with the alarm system. There was an evening where everyone had to stand outside for some time. The next morning the alarms went off a few times which was very annoying and loud especially since it was very early in the morning.

Spectacular. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

From entering to departing, my stay with the Hilton was everything and more. To make such affordable accommodations and have immediate availability under 72 hours for a room was a blessing. I must say this experience with the Hilton was far better than any other hotel I’ve booked with. The hotel desk clerks greeted us every single time. An employee named Kevin was very helpful and explained the policies as well as the minimum temporary room charge for our stay thoroughly and patiently. The rooms were spacious and all the other basic, yet essential amenities were available, such as a refrigerator and microwave. The cleanliness of the rooms were also a huge plus, compared to my other stays at other hotels. Clean towels, bedding, and the there was no odor of smoking, which is what we needed. My family and I had the best comfort and rest in these beds and woke up feeling refreshed. Access to call the front desk and if we required room service, it could be provided. To be provided free breakfast at most hotels is great. It’s even greater when the quality, as well as the variety of food is superb, which is what the Hilton had. Before I even added seasonings or condiments to my food, there were delicious just as they were prepared. Eggs, potatoes, bagels, and sausage were just a few of the surplus options that were there downstairs near the lobby. Another compliment I’d like to add is the convenience of the location. I felt safer in this area of Raleigh and love that it’s no longer than 30 minutes to travel to nearby attractions and the local airport. My time at this Hilton and any other location will not be last. I have no complaints about my stay. The only thing that made me sad, was when I had to leave. Thank you to all the staff for your courteous service, you were amazing!

Breakfast was good, nice variety. Location was good. Room was excellent. Nice and quiet. Shuttle to airport was convenient and on time.

Lady at reception desk was unhelpful. She basically checked us in with little conversation and didn't provide any information. No restaurant. Plenty of options nearby but had to walk in the rain to get to. Airport shuttle to hotel only comes if you call the hotel which we didn't know. Lucky for us, another guest had called and was also waiting.

no vending machines! everything purchased has to be put in the room and they automatically take 40$ off of your credit card when checking in to cover any expenses while your there

We had to check in very late due to holdup at car rental facility. Got right in. Had previously requested a fan in the room and there it was! Perfect. Only had time to sleep about 5 hours, then up for breakfast and then had to be on our way. I would have liked to stay longer but it wasn't possible. We always stay in a Hampton Inn and this one was by far the best of the bunch.

Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. Room was very comfortable; (we loved the modern open design) .... facilities are amazing, and breakfast was delicious and very healthy.

if I have just one complain was at booking. Booking. Com did not have the true suites room for this facility, and we were given a different one with no sofa. Manager was so accommodating (since this was not the first discrepancy with the booking site,) she made arrangements for us to be move to a bigger room with a guess bed for the same rate.

The property was very clean, the free complimentary breakfast was amazing. The only recommendations I have is with the pool being indoors it should be heated. My overall experience still a 10.

Not that I didn't like but I would prefer for the indoor pool to be heated.

Price!! $508 for just 2 nights? With discounts of Hilton Honors, AAA, AARP, Senior rate? Way too much. Elevator #2 was scary. Need decaf coffee and tea options on the 24 hour beverage table.

The breakfast was great! Something for everyone. The room was beautiful & spacious. The indoor pool was great. Great staff!

The pool area could use some work. The seats with cushions on them after you've been in the pool is not a great idea. They were flat & looked like they were dirty, but the pool area itself was a nice spot. We took the cushions out of the chairs & sat in them.
