We both had French toast, juice and coffee and it was cooked well and prepared in an orderly time. That was the best French toast we had ever eaten.

Nothing comes to mind. It was centrally located for what we had to do and the value was very reasonable. We will stay there again. Even though there was a lot of traffic around the hotel it didn't filter into the rooms. The only thing I found that I didn't like was the bathtub, even though I only took a shower. The bottom of the tub wasn't flat enough. Where the bottom met the sides it was very rounded, which gave you a very limited area to stand. The only solution to that would be adding rubber mats to give you a more stable and safer place to stand. Other than that, everything was perfect. The bulb in our desk lamp needed replacing and I relayed that info to the clerk as we checked out.

The hotel itself was decent. One of the front desk staff Gloria was very sweet, the other staff member Gina, could have been a little bit more welcoming.

No free breakfast. You would think for $188 a night, it would be included. The chair in the room had stains, I would expect it to either be cleaned or replaced. I had to put a towel on it to even feel comfortable sitting in it.

My family and I were traveling for my son’s baseball tournament, located at Mazeppa Park. Only a 20 min drive from the hotel. One of the best stays we’ve had! Clean, beautiful facility. Every single staff member was polite and helpful. Lots of comfortable space to hang out as a group on the main floor and outside. The indoor pool was super clean and had lots of seating. Just all around wonderful!

This hotel was beautiful and housekeeping was amazing and very helpful!

Continental breakfast! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you pay for this. I completely understand that you have menu food to order from and charging for that. However Continental Breakfast should always be free or don't offer it, or call it something else! I felt tricked. For the cost of the room, we were okay because it came WITH Continental Breakfast, or so we thought.

Room was very large and comfortable when traveling with kids. We had a junior suite with a king bed. The kids liked their own t.v. The desk space was great for working with laptops and files. Fridge and coffee maker we’re helpful

The couch was stained on the arms and cushions. This was the only thing I did not like about the room. It was clean but stained. Toilet was low and loose, felt like you were going to hit the floor when you sat down.

Bathroom walls were dirty, needed repairs and paint. Bathroom floor needs grout. Didn’t appear clean.

This location was taking in "refugees" from flooded areas and the hotel was packed! They still provided guest services at a high level, and provided true calm after the storm.

Staff was exceptional. Especially the manager. From getting us checked it to showing us where to locate our interested amenities, she was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Everything was clean & our granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool. We had it all to ourselves.

The only issue we had was regulating temperature in our room. The heater & fan both worked but we just seemed to go from too hot to too cold. We did not report or as everything still worked.

Our room blinds were broken and there was a big, bright light shining into the room all night. When booking it said free continental breakfast, but it is not free. Not enough coffee available during the day.
