Staff was friendly and helpful but I will never use booking.com again. The day I booked money was charged to my credit card.however booking .comes virtual credit card was declined. Doesn't say much about booking.com.

Had issues checking in. Staff told us that booking.com sends them a virtual credit card to pay for the rm and booking.coms virtual credit card was declined yet the charge went on my credit card immediately.

When I made the reservation, I asked for a senior discount. I was told it will be applied when I check in. Although the agent told me I got the discount, the price was the same price they quoted me before I arrived. When I questioned why I didn't get the senior discount, he said that the rate they gave me was cheaper than the discount, which didn't make any sense to me

Very clean and nice amenities.

Staff tried to accuse us of smoking in the room because there were some black specs in the bottom of the toilet when we left. I had dumped water from our cooler into the toilet. Not sure what the black specs were, but they weren't ashes. Tried to charge us a $268 fine!

convenience to venue

room was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. For the amount you pay a night you can’t decide whether I “qualify “ for cleaning services. I get to decide that not you!!! I am the customer! regardless the service was not provided.

Everything from the start. As soon as you walked through the front door you are greeted by the front desk. Then you notice how clean. Just a really welcoming place.

Nothing to dislike here.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, shower was excellent. Lobby fireplace with fitting area was very nice.

Couldn’t get front desk to answer the phone , went down and the person on front desk had no one there and was on computer, no idea why couldn’t answer phone.

The Motel Room was very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. This room was by far Outstanding in every way. I would stay at this property again. A+++

The room didn't have a closet. The front Desk Personal where not that friendly. They acted like we where doing them a favor by staying at the Motel.

Nice rooms - very clean and beds were comfortable. Hubby liked the waffle station for breakfast.

Price is a tad high but I guess you get what you pay for.

I liked the fact that the hotel is very convenient. Has comfortable room even though the curtain would not block completely the light from outside at night. Room 107 is on the ground level facing a bright parking lot.which is good for safety reason but not so good if the curtains don't close or block the light completely. Other than that we , my significant other and myself really felt the hotel met our expectations. We will be back soon. The lobby is excellent for meetings . We met with a realtor there and it was very suitable. Very nicely appointed. As I stated, we will definiteley come back.

i think the food supply in the for sale pantry is very limited and could improve with healthier fare such as yogurts, whole grain bowls , crackers , nuts and soups , apples and bananas, vegetable juices etc. The window curtains should be totally effective at blocking the light at night .It was a minor gap but there is a gap when closing both sides of the curtain. Other than these minor disappointments it was an excellent stay.

It was great! It was very clean, staff was great from check-in to check-out they were very helpful when I had questions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

It had a smell almost like gas in the lobby area and the first floor hall but no one seemed alarmed by it so assumed it was handled.
