Very accommodating staff. We booked a night after evacuated FL during Hurricane Milton. Our check in was late and they were wonderful about allowing us such a late check in. Coffee the next day was strong and location was convenient and pet friendly.

They are going through some renovations and I could use some better curtains to keep our light. Our AC unit panel fell off in the middle of the night, making us all jump from sleep. However, I will give grace due to their working on updates and is just needing sleep before continued travels back home.

Everything was good about the property. I like it and I will continue going there if I go in the area instead of the red roof Inn that I’ve been going to.

Just the widest showerhead was you couldn’t change the functions on it. It was just a steel one. I like when you could change the settings on the showerhead.

The stay was very comfortable and safe no one bothers you and breakfast was great we stayed for a party and it was very nice the house keeper was friendly and very respectful this is a wonderful hotel

The location was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable

The price was higher than usual. They had an advertised price in a flyer, but because I booked thru booking.com I could not take advantage of this offer. I paid about 30 dollars more than usual.

Everything was great from check in with the great staff and the room was very clean and beautiful. The best rest I got in a while.

The manager was very kind and helpful. Staff was very polite along with housekeeping. And front desk staff. Breakfast was decent 👌 would definitely stay again.

That I didn't have hot water. Took it a very long time just to warm. The microwave was broke..no coffee maker. And not very many towels at all. And that shower curtain was molded..but the stay was good.

The property is right off the exit of I95 so it was convenient to find. There was also a Walmart, Cracker Barrel, 2 Waffle houses, and many other places to eat. The little downtown area to the east of I95 had cute down home shops and a large antique mall.

The area is not a good area to be alone or out at night. We had a couple people warn us to get to our hotel and stay there for the evening and not leave the room until we checkout. The further you get away from I95 and the immediate shops and hotels, the area is very run down and many houses are boarded up. It is such a cute area with deep history and houses with character (just need some TLC!), just admire from your car seat. Hopefully this can change soon, we would definitely stay here again to check out the bird zoo and the lakes nearby!

The pillows were too small thelight in your room flickered real bad. The blanket had burn holes in it. The door did not have a proper seal so the light came in from all around it. The phone cord was cut so could not use that.
