Location was just 20 minutes from our son who lives in Pfafftown. Breakfast was above and beyond typical continental. Two staff persons keeping an eye on adequate quantities. Lobby has a 24/7 coffee machine which also dispenses cafe mocha and lattes, reg and decaf! Contemporary, pleasant decor in lobby, our room. Didn't use exercise room, but appears to be up-to-date on equipment offerings.

Hallways were in need of vacuuming. Poor placement of a wide, modern metal base chair... I rammed my toes on it twice. Just needs to be put further into the room, not close to the bathroom.

I am really not sure. I put a co-worker and his family up for a few of the really hot days we had this summer due to them being homeless. I do know he has said it was nice and they felt safe there. He has rented a room here and there since and has not liked where they ended up being able to afford. I wish there was some sort of program to help those who need help while still trying to work and keep a family safe and comfortable.

I didn't get any type of negative feedback. I do appreciate that dogs are allowed and that was one of my main concerns since the dog is a pug. It's not good for them to be in the heat so that made me very happy!

Everything was very clean the staff was very nice The room was nice and cool whenever I checked in which I like to have been at work all day and it was hot so to come into somewhere nice and cool and have a nice shower was very pleasing

On the other hand I was told by a friend that it was a bar downstairs that have music and food and they close at 12:00 I went down at 11:00 to grab some food and a drink before bed and they closed at 11:00 I was upset about that because then I had to go back out after driving all day and didn't really want too because when I ordered in the food was nasty so I wasted money on food wise while I was there but it's all good the hotel was nice

Room was comfortable and clean. did not get to use pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. It was close to the stadium We had to go to.

The $20.00 charge to checkin 35 minutes early.....If are room was ready and obviously it was, why charge us. Bad, Negative policy. We got in early and used our time wisely, and even left the next day by 7:00 am......Maybe, We should get a credit for leaving early the next day.

Well I was there on medical reasons. But the ladies were so kind I had just had major surgery and was very weak. But they came and helped my husband get me to the room,went and got me ice,and water. They were so kind when we come for Drs. Appointments we will definitely be staying here

I first notice this hotel from Simply Sonja's restaurant. I told myself that I wanted to stay there just to be able to come downstairs and eat. So when things didn't work out for me where I was staying I booked myself there for the rest of my stay and had a very relaxing time with myself. The staff was kind, the room was clean and the facilities were amazing. I worked from my room and just rested in peace. I will be back there no doubt about it.

The carpet needed to be replaced looked like spots of blood or something over the carpet and yes they were very noticeable. But I’m not for sure what it was but I couldn’t walk around with out shoes on . And the BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL . Like there was little movement . I literally had to walk in the little corner just to close the door to get to the shower it was annoying . Besides that everything else was good . Until those things can get resolved i really don’t think it was worth $140 a night . Y’all didn’t even have a microwave . I say per night for a 2 bed should of been no more than $100 .

The rooms were spacious. Hotel was easily assessable and relatively close to our interests.

Breakfast choice were a little slim. Bathroom was super tight with the door barely clearing the toilet. A larger person may have difficulty there. There was one person at the front desk that was super nice and helpful. We teased her that she sure does work a lot of hours. Ice machines never had ice.

I appreciate the staff changed one of my rooms because I found a bug in one. Other than that rooms was clean and comfortable.

I found a bug in my room. My two room was on different floors and I was told they couldn't change them to be closer. After bug was found in one room they gave me a room on the same floor as other room after being told it was impossible.

The check in was easy and quick. The included breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen. The had a lot of hot breakfast choices. Also the bagels were excellent and the choice of Yogurts were exceptional. The orange juice was the best I have ever had a this type of motel.
