The room was nice and there was everything that a person needs in there for a nice hotel experience. Beds were comfy, room was bigger than expected, and overall good for a night or two stay. There was a slight musty smell in the halls but the room was fresh smelling. I'd recommend this Ramada Inn for the price.

Bathroom caulking around tub was a bit messy. Water faucet in bathroom was loose.

Courteous Staff Comfortable Bed Clean accommodations. Police officer on duty was great. I watched him interacting with the children staying in the hotel. Great role model.

THE STAFF WAS SO AWESOME & VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. WE STAYED HERE A COUPLE TIMES & WAS BOOKED IN THE SAME ROOM #402 GREAT ROOM PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ME IN MY WHEELCHAIR. WILL STAY HERE EVERYTIME WE COME TO WINSTON-SALEM, GREENSBORO AREA. GREAT LOCATION RIGHT OFF OF INTERSTATE. THE STAFF WAS THE GREATEST THEY ALL NEED A RAISE. IVE STAYED AT REALLY EXPENSIVE HOTELS & THE STAFF WAS RUDE, & NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. IM TALKING ROOMS THAT COST $353 A NIGHT 'X 4 NIGHTS & THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. HERE ITS $80 A NIGHT & THE SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. WILL ALWAYS BOOK OUR STAY HERE WHEN EVER IN THE AREA.

Christy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very professional, courteous and friendly. With such top notch staff I was very taken back by the aesthetics of the room itself.

My non smoking room smelled like a saloon. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was full of mold, soap scum chipped paint all with a mildew filled, musty shower curtain. The beds were creaky with pillows that had long ago expired. The bathroom sink and tub drain were slow to drain. Cigarette ashes were all across the head of both beds and floor. The hallway reeked of marijuana smoke. I was very disappointed in this hotel as I have stayed at many other Wyndham establishments.

The staff is nice and informative.

The elevator needs to be updated. There are two elevators and only one works. The one that does work, It doesn’t go to the third floor it passes right by that floor.

The staff is awesome. Everyone is super nice. I like that there's a security guard out front at night and he's so nice to talk to. We have been in a lot of hotels and we have our 5month old son with us and this is the one hotel so far that I feel safe at. And for the price, it's even better. :)

Loud guests on the same floor at night. Always slamming the door shut. But it's been better. They must've checked out.

Breakfast was not served due to COVID restrictions, however, that was not conveyed on the website, or upon check-in, and the breakfast sign with times was still visible in the lobby. So the first morning we went for breakfast only then to be told by staff it was unavailable. The staff was accommodating to the personal requests for the first-floor room. Remote batteries were dead but really it wasn't important enough to go to the front desk for new ones, a nice break from the TV during the stay.

They need to update the website with lack of breakfast service and take down the sign in the lobby with the times it was to be served. Also, they should inform guests at check-in.

I loved the guy that was working the front desk, he was an absolute sweetheart. Breakfast was good and quick.

Could've had a few more options for breakfast but I was in a rush so it's fine

The location, cleanliness of property and service was excellent.you have 24 he security cameras on every floor ,laundry facilities as well.

Nothing at all . Everything was up toy expectations or better.

I love the service. The front desk person was very nice and suggested places for me to eat.

Someone hit my car with their door and there wasn't a camera there so I could find out who it was
