Location was good walking to restaurant but also a safe and quiet area. Staff was friendly and pool had towels layed out nicely.

Unfortunately mattresses are not super comfortable but that can be subjective. Floors didn't appear to be vacuumed. Sounds dumb but no pen and pad of paper. I was needing to make notes and couldn't locate and didn't have one with me. The kids were excited to go swimming but the pool was pretty cold for them. I guess for the price paid for a room for 1 night it was ok but not anything above and beyond.

The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and several options, both hot and cold. The front desk clerk was friendly and pretty amazing. I observed him helping other travelers, and he was so accommodating and helpful. He kept an eye on the road closures both east and west. We anxiously waited for the east bound to open, and he let us know as soon as it opened. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

That we didn't have a reason to stay one more night! Bismarck seems to be going through some tough times right now. Many of the stores were closed or closed early. Many staffing shortages posted requiring limited hours.

Nice selection. Waffle maker was not presented well. I did not see it until I had finished my breakfast.

eggs needed to be freshened. Too much is cooked at one time. When the last of the eggs are served, they are cool and dry. I have a "Plug in" hybrid car. It did not charge with the chargers supplied. It comes with its own cable that plugs into a normal 110v receptacle, there was no 110v receptacle available.

Two non-networked ClipperCreek EVSEs for hotel guests. Large and comfortable room. Excellent hot breakfast. Decent and safe parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Elevator was large enough, smooth, and quick.

Wish the refrigerator was a normal small one with a freezer section, rather than no freezer and multiple can/bottle holders on the door and inside (these blocked efficient use of fridge space).

Great location with an amazing Mexican restaurant next door. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they had good breakfast options. Water pressure for the shower was also great which is rare to find.

The only thing missing was a hot tub.

this was a great place to stay, the breakfast was outstanding. the only bad thing was the evening we were there they redoing the parking lot. I am handicaped and it was hard to get to the building, then to load our car the next day, and the day before to unload. I use a walker and it was hard to get up the sidewalk. I did ask for some type of compension and they did reduce our stay.

room wasn't cleaned during stay, housekeeping didn't stop in to clean for the 3 days.

The shower head leaked water which sprayed all over the bathroom. I finally turned it in a way where it just leaked in shower.

Staff were nice. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Price higher than I had hoped. But I guess there were sports tournaments in town.
