The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the staff was mostly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the spa, and the location of the hotel was close to all the places we had to go to, including the airport. The manager and two of the ladies at the desk were nice, especially the lady that checked us out. One of the housekeepers on our floor was very nice and wanted to make sure we had what we needed for the room. The hallways were spotless and quiet, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I could definitely stay here again.

The phone didn't work, and neither did the TV at first. I wound up fixing the TV myself, the phone never got fixed, and the maintenance man never showed up to check on either one. The phone was simply a show piece, it didn't even have a cord. The computers did not work when my child and I went to print something off of them, although the manager did come in while we were in the room to try and fix them. Not sure if he ever did, we wound up going elsewhere to print up what we needed.

This facility met us with a welcoming host and helpful suggestions for restaurants. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were ample and warm with selections for varied tastes. The large facility had at least three luggage carts available for customer use.

Our second floor room lacked the area landscape views available from higher floors due to a large building behind us. The small fridge in this unit had no small freezer unit for refreezing our ice packs.

We were so happy that we booked the apartment. Having the extra room was great. We liked the kitchen area with the stove top and the large size refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower was strong. We liked the hand pump shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. We also had a lovely view of the sunset. We enjoyed the variety of items at breakfast.

Our only wish was that the toilet would be a little higher.

We choose to stay at this hotel because of the breakfast reviews and it was a huge disappointment on Saturday morning. We stayed over the weekend and Saturday breakfast was terrible. We arrived at 9am and there was anything left, only cold coffee and cereal (no milk). There was only one staff and the breakfast room was packed, everybody requesting bread, hot coffee, fruit, etc and the poor lady there was about to cry trying to explain to everyone that there was no food left. The following morning, Sunday, we went at the same time and breakfast was amazing just what the reviews stated. There was a male staff at that time and he was very efficient with everything.

So clean and the staff were so helpful. I originally had to switch rooms after the first night due to my error in booking the nights. But they actually figured a way I could stay in my room. Which was great because check out is 1 and check in is 3. I didn't know what I was going to do with my puppy for two hours. Also, the showers have regular size bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash and lotion. That was so helpful!

it was clean. bed was very comfy and a perfect amount of pillows. room was clean.

the pool was extremely cold. apparently there was something broken but this was very disappointing. would like to see more variety in eggs and sausage for breakfast.

It was very busy, staff seemed a bit stressed and not the friendliest at times, no smiles or hello’s. Pool was poor, small and only 3 ft deep. Hot tub tiny also, didn’t bother. One door not working for key card access so had to walk to front door despite being in the far west side wing.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was very nice. The spa and pool area was well maintained and clean. The pool area had a special section just for kids with shallow water. There was also a water fountain of sorts you could play under and there was a water slide at the other end of the pool. The breakfast was very nice. There were hot choices each day including scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. There were also waffle makers, bagels and biscuits, and cold cereals. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The breakfast area was very neat. The complimentary morning newspaper was a nice touch. There is a guest laundry and a small store with snacks and necessities adjacent to the registration desk.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

breakfast was so good and till 10am which is so nice because you can relax and sleep in. beds were comfortable, clean, and had ample towels for guests. Late hours for the pool until 11pm.

the pool was nice but seemed a bit outdated. children in the pool even late at night, would be nice if there were designated times that it was adults only.

The breakfast seemed good for whatever that was left (only had a couple of egg pucks and bacon). I went near the end of breakfast but the hotel was packed with kids on some sort of tournament. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I really liked that the hotel allowed us to park at the hotel for 2 weeks and shuttled us (ordered and paid for a taxi) to the airport for free. These are impressive perks that give this particular location high marks.

There were no towels in the room when we arrived so we had to ask for them to be brought up along with more toilet paper. At least we know that the towels are fresh and clean. This isn't something against the hotel but it was a bit uncomfortable to see a lobby full of people checking in a big crowd and not wearing masks especially when this particular strain is highly transmissible. I know that it was impossible to tell a 100 high school kids to wear masks but seeing what was going on in the lobby made us decide to find a place to grab a bite and return later to check in.
