There were 2 staff members that were wonderful! When we checked in on Saturday, the hostess was very helpful and informative and great to visit with. On Sunday, we enjoyed a great breakfast and the server there had a wonderful personality and made us feel welcome. We loved the size of our room!

Unfortunately, the pool was out of order, but we realize that was something that wasn't the fault of the hotel. One of our toilets didn't flush very well and we had a TV remote that wouldn't function properly. It would just turn on the TV, but wouldn't change channels, at least on the right TV. (We even tried switching remotes to a different TV, but that didn't work, so we just weren't able to watch in our room.)

We loved how cozy the room was. Everything we needed was already there and we did not have any need to call front desk to request for plates and other kitchen utensils. Everyone of the staff we encountered was accommodating and friendly. We would definitely come back to stay again.

I think the breakfast options need more improvement. And as recommendation for the housekeeping, they must check under the beds and couches to ensure that no previous trash of any sort is left behind by the previous guests. My child found 1 empty bottle of soda while she was exploring the room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was so stressed when I got there and they all were absolutely amazing to me. Between the staff and great facilities I was able to relax which is exceptionally hard for me to do normally.

Booking says this sight has balconies but it does not

Rooms are spacious. Love the full kitchen. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Especially loved the free laundry equipment and breakfast daily. Strong AC too!!

Location was convenient to shopping. Our two bedroom suite with two bathrooms was very comfortable for our group of five women.

Breakfast was good, with lots of variety on Saturday morning, but many items were sparse or absent on Sunday morning.

Breakfast was great. The lady that works in that area is always very pleasant & friendly. She does a great job & takes pride in her work. She is one of the few that work there that do!!

It seems like the one of the TV's doesn't work every time we stay but the come to fix it as soon as they can. There is only 1 staff person on so there is always that waiting period but they don't seem to have the linens for the sofa bed available either or to get an extra blanket.

The breakfast was very nice. We especially enjoyed the scones. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Some things looked tired in the building but that happens when you have continuous visitors.

The hotel was well designed. Everyjthing was clean and neat. Room space accomodates even large family. Location was nice and quite even when its close to the highway. Breakfast was good.

It was in a great location. There was a small patio area outside that we could enjoy with the kids. The breakfast was good and the staff was EXCELLENT!

the location and the rooms were okay. Wish there was more space in the living room and main bedroom. The beds were very comfortable,

wish the rooms and living room were-bigger. Didn’t have utensils, plated and cookware. Had to fine items in different rooms.
