We booked our stay for the right time. We like the pool at this place and we were told there hadn't been any large parties in the pool and the water was fresh. There seemed to be a lot of chlorine in the water, but maybe that is necessary for a hotel pool. Breakfast was very appreciated, a good amount of options and it was clean. The rooms have a wall thermostat that helps keep the room comfortable and the rooms and facility common areas were clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The mattress on the pull-out couch was a bit uncomfortable. There were very few towels in the room and we were a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, I forgot to ask for more when we checked in and when I needed them it was too late to ask for more towels and wash clothes

Pool and jacuzzi,friendly staff,clean linen, bed was soft and pillows comfy. Good water pressure,nice whirlpool,loved making me some hot tea with my luxury bath. Great time for our special evening together. Quiet area when we slept and lovvvvved the breakfast choices. We will be back!

Water could been a little hotter. In our room and in the public jacuzzi. Breakfast clean up lady was nice to us but was a little grouchy here and there. It seemed she was overworked and stressed... hope her foot improves soon. .ps. we weren't given a DO NOT DISTURB sign..we had a random person trying to open our door. Thankfully we locked it on the inside. We assumed it was an accident so its okay but a sign would have helped. Our fault for not asking for one.

I’ve gone several times but this time the cleanliness just seemed a little bit lower then normal. still amazing stay and I’ll go back but room had a weird smell. also there wasn’t any information about the incidental charge until after I got there then I had to go find a bank to Deposit the money into. I understand it I just wish it would’ve been said when I paid for the room on Booking.com.

The staff was very polite and professional. The hotel was very clean.

Just being picky but the bed was hard and when the cleaning staff came around they were banging on the door as they were letting themselves in the room.

Good location right off the highway and near by Gas stations , but if you have a trailer or a big uhaul truck get there earlier bc u won't find parking. Staff was okay. Front desk girl when I was there was rude to another person behind me asking about the vending machine. Also there are great places to eat near by. So convenient near main highway.

I slipped and fell on my but in the snow when I went, bc I had to park my trailer way back behind another hotel right next door. Luckily I did break my back

Location. Nice room and shower had hot water.It was quiet.Housekeeping did a good job.Breakfast was good.Friendly staff .Hot spa was great Overall a great stay. Would stay again

Pool was chilly. Food could have been different ,not the same every day. Few other minor things which I left a note for housekeeping to address.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had a large selection of food to choose from. The location of the hotel was close by enough to many restaurants that you could chose a variety of meals. I would choose this hotel again on my next stay in Ohio.

This hotel had so much more than I expected. I have stayed at nearly every nearby hotel (my family lives near here and I visit frequently) and I will definitely stay here again. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Large breakfast selection. The pool and hot tub were so clean and inviting that I uncharacteristically went for a soak and a swim!

Breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool and SPA also excellent.

The body wash was empty when I was in the shower with water running. Very annoyed! The body lotion bottle was also empty when I stepped out of shower.

The breakfast is great!!! The pool and hottub was awesome..The staff were great I stayed during power outage and there were allot of people try to check in at one time.and they kept there cool and got everyone waited on,
