I was thoroughly satisfied with this stay. The family staff were very welcoming. There was confusion with my credit card and even then, the situation was handled professionally and Kindly. The owner Mr. Patel, is one of these sweetest people one would be honored to meet. His niece was also extremely helpful, nice and informative. She helped me figure out an issue I was having with another hotel. They provided complimentary coffee and continental breakfast bags. The room was clean, beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and I felt very safe. The Hotel was quiet and a hop, skip and jump away from A get go. The employees there are nice as well. Overall, I was extremely happy. I had a very bad experience with the Baymont Youngstown the week before and I didn't have high Hopes. If your looking for a private, clean comfortable stay away from home, this Family owned (44 years) hotel will become your home away from Home. I promised, Everytime I have to visit Youngstown, THIS WILL BE MY HOTEL IF CHOICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU RESTORED MY FAITH IN HOTELS 😂. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, maybe update the furniture but don't let that stop you from booking here!

The breakfast was a Grab-n-Go paper bag that had a can of juice, morning pastry that was of good quality. I was in the back building that was away from the main road so the room was in a quit area. Staff was pleasant and helpful when I encountered them.

The parking and roadway to the room could use some repair. It was a bottle next when a truck with a trailer blocked my exit one morning for about 10 minutes even though he saw that I was waiting to leave.

It was clean! It is not the most modern place, but you can tell it is cleaned well and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants and really nice hiking spots.

Overall I was impressed with everything. Some people may prefer more amenities or modernity, but I thought it was as charming.

The extra door in room u can leave thru it but not return to room you had to go around the building to get in .

The bed and room were amazing and so comfortable. And the staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

The driveway is easy to miss and only one eay in and out.

The management team is friendly and always helpful and courteous. They always have a smile.

Nothing to really say that negative. It was an enjoyable stay. The only issue is they might replace the A/C units, or clean the vents themselves.
