This is a first class hotel. You'll pay 2.5 times more and won't get a room or team as good as the Wyndham Avon. We were travelling across the country and could easily have spent more than just one night here. Loved it. Let me add.... other hotels reservations through Booking.com have all required a $100 deposit. The hotels that required this deposit have yet to return the money. This hotel DID NOT require a deposit and was the best of them all. This is your stop!!

There was absolutely nothing to not like about this hotel.

Friendly staff. Excellent bed. Clean. Close to family and services. Safe. Solid breakfast.

Initially refused to honor free breakfast per my purchase contract with Booking.com despite showing booking invoice. Had to get Booking.com involved which took time. Hotel said they’ve been trying to get this perk removed for months so be advised!

Fantastic value for money. Large, comfy room, nicely appointed with a couch and two TVs. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is not too far from the freeway, so good for a road trip. Decent variety of options for food are nearby.

Coffee maker was confusing, but that may have been a user issue rather than an equipment issue.

The GYM Facilities can be updated. Some dumbbells were missing and some were broken. The Breakfast was basic. Covid is no excuse anymore not to serve proper breakfast. The keys are very cheap. I had to go through reception almost every day as they did not work due to it being near my phone or in my wallet. I never had that problem before

The aesthetic of this hotel and the vibrations it gives off are nothing shy of inviting. The staff are extremely helpful and the accommodations are top tier for the price you pay. The fire pits are fantastic areas for a quick escape late inti the evenings.

Oher than the untimely demise of the hot tub for our stay. It would have been nicer to have viewed it in a cleaned up and covered for safety purposes versus it's unpleasant emptied and bacteria festered sight.

Breakfast hours too limited. Breakfast selection is very limited Need to fix or totally remove spa ASAP. It is going to be a liability. I have seen other kids go in it to retrieve their toys. Smelled cigarette smoke from other rooms on second floor

The room was great and comfortable, hotel was clean, staff was great, check in/out times were generous.

The breakfast is not up to par with almost every other hotel currently. It was a standard continental breakfast with nothing hot. For the cost of the hotel, I think that they can bring their offerings up to the industry standard.

Breakfast was really awful. Nearly everything was prepackaged junk that could be bought at a convenience store. Hard boiled eggs were offered but already peeled...really? So much packaging waste. How about just getting back to a real continental breakfast? Or just say no. Or offer something better as an add on at check in time. Really nice physical space and well maintained etc. Either do it well or not at all.

Location and cleanliness.

Although given the holiday, there should have been food and bar service available. Pipe bursting and fire alarm sounding were a nuisance, but no one saw that coming.

Our reservation indicated that we were supposed to get breakfast, but when we got there, they said breakfast is no longer included. Very bad experience.
