The Sonesta ES Suites were wonderful. Right from the start at check-in, they made you feel welcome. The assistant GM Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Always smiling, very helpful with a great attitude. For that matter the whole staff was the same way. The rooms were very large and comfortable and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous.

There was not one thing I did not like at this hotel. It was an inclusive 100% !

I liked that the staff (Desmond and Madison) who were there last summer when we stayed, remembered us. They were always helpful, courteous, and efficient. The other staff was also friendly and helpful, but they all seemed a bit new. It was good to know that there were seasoned staff there to answer questions and provide assistance.

We stayed 3 weeks, and the policy is to only clean the rooms if a guest is staying at least 30 days. I think once a week would have been fine, we didn't need daily at all. If we return next summer, I would hope they would return to cleaning at least weekly. The bathrooms are quite small, and no matter what, they seemed to smell mildewy. I think the shower curtain needs to be changed and washed more often. The smell was there even when we arrived (and I remember it from last year). It also seems that the air vents throughout the room needed cleaning.

We stayed here for a concert in Cleveland and it was beautiful. The inside was very clean and felt very homey. We also left something and they were very nice about it and made sure we got it asap!

The front desk is 24 hours and we got back to the hotel kinda late so we decided to get a snack. In the lobby my friend and I saw a cockroach run across the floor which was very alarming. The worst part was when we got our food back to our room it was all expired. Even the Kraft Mac and cheese which lasts a long time. Was not very happy about that

I love the Sonesta hotels when traveling with pets! We stayed here on our way up to go camping! The rooms are set up as little apartments with kitchen and balcony and plenty of room to set up our dog crates in the living area. The pups felt right at home and so did we. Lots of great neighborhood walks around here too with the dogs. This will be our go to stop on future trips to Michigan

The room was wonderful, it had full stove and dishwasher in kitchen. Lots of counter space. We stayed a week and enjoyed that we could just park outside our room area. The grounds were wonderful and it had a nice pool, The surrounding area around the complex was open and very quiet. No road noise what so ever. Loved it.

One of the beds had a "well" in the mattress where you had to lay. Other beds were fine. Heat in loft was way too hot if the other floor had any warmth at all. Had a "fireplace" that was visual effects only... no heat. Fan was the way of "moving " the hot air upstairs to a spot in the lower floor. Leather type living room furniture was cold also with the cold downstairs. Had to sit there with a blanket. Breakfast was normal grab and go that we are treated to since the pandemic. You can tell it used to be better. No hair dryer.

very convenient off the highway lots of parking and the suites are huge. great accommodations for someone with family that has babies/toddlers.

there were several amenities missing in room. extra toilet paper garbage bags and even the hair dryer was missing. we called front desk and had them sent. however we feel it should have already been at the room. especially for a week long stay.

Close to everything

Felt living in a condo complex. Roomy apartments everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was available right in front of our building. Nice and quite. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect for us❤️

The location and staff were great! Love the fireplace room.

This was supposed to be non smoking however I smelled cigarette and other smells when I checked in. The dishwasher was also broken. I told the front desk and they were to send maintenance but that never happened so I had to wash dishes by hand.

the staff was excellent and the pool was very nice. it was wonderful having an entire kitchen and utilities.

the kitchen was lacking in some supplies like pot holders and the online pictures made it look way bigger.
