The size room was nice, liked the fireplace (although it didn't work)

The photos online showed a breakfast. I saw it in the photos, but did not check the list of amenities... so when I got to the hotel I asked when breakfast started and they said they don't do breakfast. We were leaving early in the morning and were counting on that quick breakfast before heading out. The staff was very nice, but we were kind of taken back by the false advertising. Everything else was great, the room size is large, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the kitchen looked usable although we didn't use it.

The Wi Fi was out from Friday to Wed afternoon. I was working from the room so it was inconvenient to go to the lobby for Wi Fi. Also, my lock did not have battery power and it took 50 minutes to fix and get me back into my room. Of course we tried several cards, but it was the mechanism.

The Sonesta ES Suites were wonderful. Right from the start at check-in, they made you feel welcome. The assistant GM Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Always smiling, very helpful with a great attitude. For that matter the whole staff was the same way. The rooms were very large and comfortable and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous.

There was not one thing I did not like at this hotel. It was an inclusive 100% !

Could be better equipped kitchen and some indication of what is (or should be) there. Fireplace not functional—not property’s issue; fire dept shut it down, but website needs to show this.

I liked that the staff (Desmond and Madison) who were there last summer when we stayed, remembered us. They were always helpful, courteous, and efficient. The other staff was also friendly and helpful, but they all seemed a bit new. It was good to know that there were seasoned staff there to answer questions and provide assistance.

We stayed 3 weeks, and the policy is to only clean the rooms if a guest is staying at least 30 days. I think once a week would have been fine, we didn't need daily at all. If we return next summer, I would hope they would return to cleaning at least weekly. The bathrooms are quite small, and no matter what, they seemed to smell mildewy. I think the shower curtain needs to be changed and washed more often. The smell was there even when we arrived (and I remember it from last year). It also seems that the air vents throughout the room needed cleaning.

Location was wonderful. Accomodations were great,beds were comfortable.

One bed had long black hairs in it. Quite obviously it was not fresh linens. Front desk people told me to send my invoice to sonesta for points credit but they were denied because I booked through 3rd party.

I love the Sonesta hotels when traveling with pets! We stayed here on our way up to go camping! The rooms are set up as little apartments with kitchen and balcony and plenty of room to set up our dog crates in the living area. The pups felt right at home and so did we. Lots of great neighborhood walks around here too with the dogs. This will be our go to stop on future trips to Michigan

We stayed here for a concert in Cleveland and it was beautiful. The inside was very clean and felt very homey. We also left something and they were very nice about it and made sure we got it asap!

The front desk is 24 hours and we got back to the hotel kinda late so we decided to get a snack. In the lobby my friend and I saw a cockroach run across the floor which was very alarming. The worst part was when we got our food back to our room it was all expired. Even the Kraft Mac and cheese which lasts a long time. Was not very happy about that

The room was wonderful, it had full stove and dishwasher in kitchen. Lots of counter space. We stayed a week and enjoyed that we could just park outside our room area. The grounds were wonderful and it had a nice pool, The surrounding area around the complex was open and very quiet. No road noise what so ever. Loved it.

Great price. Comfortable beds and roomy quarters.

Needs some updating and deep cleaning. Property no longer serves breakfast so listing needs updates. Very minimal dishes in kitchen
