The room was clean beds were very comfortable and location was great

People being able to smoke right out side of room where ice machine was and our room 103 and a very disruptive male in parking lot

Good location, clean rooms, good security and reasonable lite breakfast available.

They have reduced staff to have checkin and services at another location a short distance down the road. Probably the cheapest “2-ply” toilet paper we’ve encountered. Went and bought new and will bring our own in the future. Earlier in the day, while on the way to the area, my wife was having a difficult morning and I called to inquire if I could cancel the stay. I couldn’t because of BOOKING.com policy, BUT the receptionist at the property seemed more concerned that I release the room as soon as possible so they could sell it again. It was a bit short on “style” when it’s all on “business” and not an ounce of empathy.

The location was perfect to enjoy Berlin. Loved the plethora of pillows and how comfy the bed was! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I would 💯 bring my family back to enjoy this hotel with me! 😁

Nothing. The stay was excellent. Even the alternate location for check in was fine by me. The hotel was diligent to let me know beforehand. An outline of local places to go for entertainment, local coffee and gift shops, etc. would have been great but not necessary.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It's very clean, very quiet and great location. Easy to walk to all the shops and go back to rest a little before going back out. Bathroom is clean and loved the fact the hot water stayed hot in the shower!

Only issue we had is that the refrigerator froze everything we had in it. Pillows were mushy and a little uncomfortable, but beds are super comfy. Wish they had more breakfast options.

It was very easily located.. It had no steps for my walker. Breakfast was continental and certainly adequate. the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. there was no noise from the road.

Had to pick up the key at a different location. It was booked at the last minute. would have preferred staying at the Heritage Inn but no rooms due to the quilt show.

The location was great. Right in middle of town within walking of all the shops. The room was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Selection of light breakfast items was very good for me. The coffee was very good. Small refrigerator and microwave was in the room. Very quiet at night after the town settled down.

We have stayed here before so we were expecting the same service. Unfortunately it was not. Be aware that you have to drive to a different hotel to check in and also for free breakfast. If we had known this, we would have stayed elsewhere. There was no one at all in the Lobby, you could only access with your key to get ice and pop. It was clean and comfortable but somewhat eerie knowing there was no one there if you needed help. I know we could call 911 if there was a emergency. Our commode seat broke so we just had to deal with it that night.

No check-in on site and no breakfast on site.

The location was great. The parking area is kind of tight. but you cant beat the location if you're looking to walk to shops.

I wish there wasnt staffing shortages as we had to check in/check out and get breakfast at another location, but it was only a couple minutes up the road so it wasn't too bad. Wish they had a bigger fridge (we like to get local goodies to take home) , and wish there was a little night light by the bathroom area. We remembered to bring our own this time. That is being nit picky though, we love the place.

Breakfast was fine, miss the waffles like the first time we stayed a few years back. The place was clean abd quiet. The cleaning ppl were friendly when asking for assistance on getting more toiletries and towels. Was nice to park and walk through the streets rather than diving.

Location was perfect. Right on the main shops and restaurant road in Berlin. Facility was very clean. Room was comfortable and nice sized with two queen beds.

Check in at a different location a few blocks up the road. Young male who checked me in was all business and not very personable. The towels in the room are small and of poor quality, which was surprising given the nice bedding and furniture in the room.
