Staff was great! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but sometimes we had to wait for refills on the hot items. The location was quiet but not far from the local sites, towns, and attractions.

The only improvement we would ask for is a grab bar in the shower. There was nothing to hold on to.

We loved everything about your property. We forgot that you had an indoor heated pool, and forgot to bring swimwear with us. That was a big plus, and we were impressed. The dining area was extraordinary too, and the breakfast.

We really had no problems with our stay at all. We will stay there again.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us! It’s close to the stores we wanted to shop and Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen is walkable distance. The breakfast was outstanding compared to other places we’ve stayed. The hotel was extremely clean and the evening and morning staff super friendly! We will be staying there again and I highly recommend anyone coming to the area stay here!

We loved the area of the motel, which was a very peaceful and relaxing everyone was so helpful kind and very nice breakfast was great as well we was close to all the amenities and places to eat

The breakfast was awesome, different varieties each day.

I really hate to complain about anything but both my wife and I did not sleep well as we thought the bed was to hard. Bed linens, pillows covers were fine.

It was very clean and perfect distance from all the hustle of town.

Needs more than 1 elevator. We had a really bad rain storm the first night. It leaked around the A/C and heating unit. The carpet was wet the following morning. That evening when we arrived back in our room the smell of mildew was really strong. Upon check out I mentioned it to the staff. They were aware of it because several of the rooms had leaked.

One of the cleanest rooms/hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was very pleasant, check in and out process very stream lined. Room was super spacious and the bathrooms were very modern and had everything we needed.

A few things to mention. The bed was hard, but that seems to be the norm for most hotels we have stayed at recently. The pillows were smaller sized and not standard, which seems to also be the norm for hotels these days. The breakfast area was limited in choices, so I will ding them for that just a bit. We ended up both mornings going out and eating in the local area restaurants. And the two days we were there, a snow storm came through. The area around the entrance and parking lot was not in the best shape. They could have done a better job keeping up on that.

Staff is very attentive and professional the morning breakfast was always hot with a large selection, and always fully stocked and clean

The swimming pool was very nice but the water was a little chilly heater. Could’ve been turned up a bit.

Desk clerk (Jesse) has NO customer service skills. He was rather rude on a phone call prior to arriving and purposely unhelpful upon arrival. Jerk.

Everything about the breakfast is good except the microwave breakfast sandwiches. The hotel is a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas unless you're there when the agricultural auction is going on.

Didn't like the microwave sandwiches. Bread doesn't microwave well. Wish they would replace them with scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
