Of all the area hotel/ motels this is the best price while still expensive. Currently having remodeling done. Good breakfast and they let us grab some items when we checked out even though it wasn't quite 6 am. Staff is always great and accommodating. Had a handicapped room but only 1 bed and I thought it would be 2 but was adequate. We were going to arrive past our estimated arrival time and I called and the staff was wonderful. We always stay here when visiting.

Rooms and flooring need an update and Chillicothe needs more affordable stays. Over 100/a night makes it hard to visit the area. Room was clean but very dated where most Best Westerns we stay at have no carpeting and are updated colors. Shower didn't get hot.

I love how close it was to several businesses and restaurants. Having Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Sam's Club and many shopping and food options was awesome! I was not familiar with the area at all but having those options was welcoming!

The only thing I did not like was the noise I could hear at night from the parking lot of a few restaurants that were right next to the hotel. Also hearing the next room's toilet flushing and the chipped paint in the shower were a bummer.

overall clean, decently priced. can tell they are working on remodeling. Front desk was a bit too friendly going into great detail about her son’s bathroom habits when my husband just asked if there was a bathroom in the lobby. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.They do have gluten free options which is very nice.

Parking lot to the hotel is kinda awkward to get to and lots of potholes

We stayed here on an overnight stop in one on the new rooms, which was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Several restaurants within easy walking distance and some shopping. It was also very close to the Hopewell National Historic Park with its monumental mounds, so we were able to visit this site before setting out on our drive.

Breakfast was good, Staff was GREAT! Building was clean and quite. Great location.

There was hair in the bath tub and the tub had big pieces of coating missing. The heating and air unit in our room didn't work either. Rooms were a little high and I was charged $30 more than what the room was supposed to cost.

It was a welcome reprieve from a long day of traveling.

Road signage is lacking. We had a hard time finding the actual entrance and ending up driving through another businesses parking lot.

Being a older facility, the place was clean and nicely updated and no complaints here. Would I stay there again absolutely!

Room smelled musty not sure if it was the AC or the carpet the bathtub and walls were like black like mold didn't look like the cleaning people were doing there jobs witch is pretty much cleaning carpet needed vacuumed...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The Air systems couldn't turn the fan fully off or just on auto. It was constantly on but it is an older system.

Everything went well. Very easy check in and out. Enjoyed breakfast. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Perfect location for us.

Just a sign to tell us that corridor is closed off for work/renovation is all. But not a big deal.
