Everything was wonderful. Ms. T. Carter was the Best!! Hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable. I really enjoyed Happy Hour 🍺..,That was a great welcome.. Was there for CMF and enjoyed the three days there. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay again!! The reviews don’t match the property

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful; they spoke to us each time we came in, asked my kids about their day, and offered to help my little one get breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
The location could be better. While it's close to a McDonald's and a Kroger, it's also right next to an abandoned gas station, and there are beggars on the corner as soon as it's daylight. (Also do not recommend that McDonald's)

The young lady at the desk was very positive and friendly, asking if there was anything we needed and letting us know the time for breakfast.
The man, at the desk when checking out, was not accommodating or friendly at all! I ask him about a receipt; in a I don't want to be bothered attitude, he said "that's it." (What's it?) So, I ask if I'd get an email. He shook his head. If a verbal question is asked, there should be a verbal response, unless you are mute.

There was a security line in the hallway on my floor that was beeping to alert others of a battery problem. I informed the staff and it wasn't handled immediately. That makes me worry about safety in the event of an emergency.

It was surrounded by homeless individuals but that is not the hotels fault. We were approached by a few people asking for money. Again nothing to do with the hotels service but if someone's not comfortable with this kind of behavior they should be warned. 😑 hotel itself is well kept and the staff acknowledged us everytime.

The front door office was very helpful one of them name’s Lilly,she was very patient and helpful thank you…
Just I had a little issue about the transaction but that was not a big issue it due to my bank account .

The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and didn't have a musty smell like most hotels. The staff was friendly and the breakfast the next morning was delicious!
The size of the parking lot could have been bigger.

The stay was good. Everyone was friendly and it was exactly what was expected. For the price and area of location it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was fully stocked and plenty of options.
We were not planning on it being the perfect top-notch hotel. It did have some odors in the hallway, but maybe have been due to a smoking room in that hallway. The room was clean though and as expected.

It is same all over US properties.. suggest to fix hand held bidet/spray at WC’s, How can one expect to feel fresh whole day by just wiping with some tissue …
