Room was a great price for the size

There were a few stains on the furniture and floor, but nothing horrible

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice. Aside from the stained sofa the room was very clean and spacious. We liked the little kitchenette area. And it was nice that the toilet and shower were separated from the sink area also. Easier for the family to get ready.

Parking was atrocious. Had to park behind the building and walk all the way around with our things because there isn't a door to access it from the back. The sofa in the room needed replaced. It was stained brown on all cushions. If you have your window open you hear the highway traffic all night.

The clerk was probably the sweetest, kindest clerk I've ever met. (At check in) I didn't see the person thier at check out. The AC did work well besides the plastic falling off Well lit.

Thier was no toilet paper or shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Everything was stained from the couch to the curtain. The AC plastic cover thing kept falling off. The front desk called at 10 when I had an alarm set to 10:30 to get as much sleep as possible for our road trip. (I don't know if that's part of thier job) My nieces hand got shocked from the ac because she woke up to use the restroom and it fell off and nobody was awake. The water got bairly above luke warm. The elevators were down so we had to take the stairs all the way at the end of the hall and the door that enters right at the end of the hall was broken to enter from the outside so you could exit it but not enter. It smelled "like a dead body" at the end of the hall that's how the other person who was with me put it.

I love the rooms especially the deluxe King room with the pull out couch! I love the style of the room and how it's designed the little wall separating the living room from the bed, the staff here is exceptionally nice and very inviting to you and your family they love children they have a big indoor pool that the kids love and the price of the room is excellent! $52 with tax included through booking.com and I absolutely love the rooms! Every room has an iHome, a TV, big mirrors and large bathrooms.

The place was nice. The location, hard to say. It was a little inconvenient for us because it was so far away from the event we came for and we had no idea Cincinnati traffic was so busy, but that's not the hotel's fault. We were only there one night, but had no problems.

nothing. It was a great place for us to stay. And we got some wonderful sleep.

I love love the rooms.....they are very accommodating....I love how the room has two beds and a sofa bed.....I love the space and I love the fact, when I get to my room it's ice cold....I love that....this by far is the best hotel and when I come to ohio, it's the only hotel I'll stay at. Please keep up the Excellent work

My husband said the lady was rude to him about giving us clean towels and washcloths....but other than that, nothing

I and my family was well pleased the only thing we looked for was breakfast but we was close enough to the restaurants that when we left we stopped and got breakfast 🥞🍳. Otherwise things were great for us. My grandkids were so happy they got to go swimming in the in door pool.

Just not having breakfast there.

Staff were super friendly & Understanding. Our room was spacious and they kept a very clean, comfortable room ready for you to arrive.

The whirlpool was closed, and the pool was absolutely freezing.

The woman that checked us in was very friendly made us feel very welcomed The room size for 4 of us was great, lots of room. The beds were very soft.! Will stay again! Thank you!

Cleaners could have done a better job. The one bed looked like someone sat on the bed after making it. The sink had hair in it and the bathroom floor wasn't swept that good.

It was available at the time. Sofa bed in room.

Carpet in room was awfully dirty. Two of pillows were stinking. They smelled bad. And they didn't serve breakfast. They weren't staffed good because they were arguing before check in and had alot of people waiting to be checked in before they settled things.
