Great location. Room was spacious and had all the amenities needed.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so it wasn't the nicest first impression. The bathroom was small. The door almost hit the toilet, and the shower was hard to get to as the toilet was in the way of the shower door to turn the shower on. The sink and vanity were outside the bathroom, in front of the bed, so anyone needing to use the sink ended up blinding the person in bed with the vanity light. The layout could have been a lot better.

The king bed and couch room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and came with multiple pillows and an extra in the closet. The location was easy to find with multiple restaurants nearby and less than 10 mins from Kings Island. I would stay here again.

There was some mold in drain of the sink. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The key card didn’t work for the side door. Limited parking with a shared parking for two hotels and a graeter’s ice cream shop.

Great location to shopping, Kings Island, restaurants. Walkable distance to Carrabba’s and ice cream. The room had a couch, fridge, two sinks, charging hubs on the nightstand. Clean room and bathroom, smelled clean throughout the building.

I wish there was breakfast/coffee available in the lobby, but I think they are doing some renovations or something and didn’t have it.

I liked the pool

Really two things stood out that made the stay slightly less enjoyable. The AC had a hard time keeping the entire room cool. The other issue was the room keys kept going out. I’m not for sure if it was our phones messing with the keys and something else. This wasn’t a huge issue because the staff was very nice and fixed the issue quickly.

The setup of the room and view was great.

I had a issue with the toilet and went to ask for a plunger. The receptionist seemed to be bothered when I asked. The plunger wasn't the best quality and I informed the receptionist that it wasn't and that they might want to get a better sturdier one. She looked as if she didn't know what I was talking about. It was just one of the receptionist that I encountered, all the other receptionist were very nice.

Very clean room. I loved the walk in shower and the pool was great too, not too many times do you see a 6 ft deep pool at a hotel.

no breakfast key card was kind of janky, worked fine at first then it stopped working went to the desk to get it fixed or replaced and it worked again for a bit and stopped working once again.

It was close to the event we were attending at King's Island. Uber was very convenient and not costly. The grandsons liked the indoor pool available. Considering the construction that was going on, they kept the place very clean.

How far away the ice machine was from my room. also, it seems a previous guest must have put their insulin needle and syringe in the cardboard part of the toilet paper roll and it fell out. I just think what could’ve happened if a child had found that.

The room was spacious with a nice large couch and sitting area, mini fridge and desk in addition to the separate sleeping area. The bathroom had a shower, which I prefer over a tub, too, and lots of counter space.

The pillows on the bed were mediocre and the HVAC was touchy....couldn't get the room temperature right. Was too hot, so changed over to cooling and had to set it down to 61 to get it to kick on. And a tad noisy, both the fan of the HVAC window unit and out in the hallway in the early morning hours.

Room was a nice size. I liked how there was some separation between the two sleeping areas.

I didn't like the bathroom layout. There was nowhere to lay your clothes unless you put them on the toilet. It was a tight space to get dressed in after showering. It might have been better to have the sink in the bathroom.
