It was easy access to everything we needed. It was quiet, and staff were friendly and helpful. Property and room were clean. Breakfast was well stocked with the simple selections you'd expect. Pool was warm and enjoyable.

Water pressure was low in the shower and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet- not deal breakers for sure. In the double queen room , one bed is really close to the wall- like less the 12 inches with no night stand. Made it a bit difficult to navigate- but again not a deal breaker- would still recommend.

Very Nice Location, Wonderful Staff, Very Clean, Wonderful Breakfast, Not to far from downtown Columbus, and Very nice rooms.

The only bad thing was the softball team that they contracted with. Very rude players and not caring about other peoples problems, acted like they owned the place. Maybe just don't partner with players again. But staff was wonderful and everything was the best it could be.

The room was a nice size. The room was clean. No bugs!! No issues with other neighbors. I got to use the pool which was clean. Staff was extremely nice. The hotel was close to a lot of stores/ restaurants and gas stations. I found my new fav restaurant Culver’s.

The hallway did have a smell to it but this hotel allowed animals so can’t really complain. Animals didn’t bother

Breakfast was great and I appreciated the coffee makers in the room as well as the rotating TV!

The freezer was in operable because it was all frozen over. I managed though. There wasn't anywhere to hang up my clothes up. Had to hang them on the shower rod. It was cold for the first morning of the season. I had to turn the heat on and when I did it smelled really bad. Probably because it hadn't been ran for awhile though but it did make the room smelly for awhile. And I should have checked first but there wasn't an iron. I made do though..brought a back up outfit!

Friendly host, nice and clean. Staff was friendly and it was easy access to things in the area,such as shopping and dining.

Ice machine was down on all floors but the main floor. It was not easy getting to food in the area unless you drive. There were places walking distance but no way to walk there. Not the hotels fault but an inconvenience after driving all day. I did not want to get back in the car.

The outlets in our room weren't even attached to the wall. The one in the bathroom was really bad, it was just hanging there. The main door was the only one that worked so if you parked in the back you had to walk all the way around the building. It wasn't a big deal but it's definitely something that should be fixed.

A good hotel for us right off the highway, especially for staying with our dog. The room was spacious and clean and really nice.

We were told that they did not have any cribs, but on booking it was stated that there were cribs available. The corridor of our floor smelled very strongly of weed.

Breakfast was good but the morning staff are a little rude the old yt lady who works the front desk very rude..but other than that it was really great...right across the street from everything.

My air didn't work in the room and wasn't offered a discount or anything

The staff was amazing and AJ was so so kind and helpful however breakfast was not available and there were other facility like the pool and breakfast area was not available it was all roped off I think they were having some type of water issues. Offering breakfast is such a plus at facilities nowadays it can make or break whether you have customers or not

All services we used were wonderful. Far better than I expected.

I was a little upset at first when some scheduling issues happened and my reservation was denied. I was unaware about the timeline and the age requirements as I couldn't find anything online. But all was straightened out and the guy checking us in was very helpful.
