Room was comfortable and quite clean. Some areas not perfect as mentioned later, but very minor and based on overall price and value of this property compared to everything around it, I do not expect perfection. Nothing was disgusting or gross. NO BUGS, bedding was very comfortable and clean, room fairly small but still adequate, and more roomy than some other economy places I've stayed. The Desk was VERY nice size and spacious. Bathroom was small but well laid out and room to move around and breath. Have stayed in many places where you can hardly close the door once you're inside. Fixtures were clean and mostly excellent condition. Bathtub had a few small hairs in it, and had some repairs done to it, but all worked well - drained well, good pressure and hot water, toilet flushed well, etc. Room was non-smoking and did not have cigarette or weed odor, no overpowering chemical or other odors. Looked, smelled and felt clean in most all areas. Heat controls worked well (February, very cold outside, no AC not used). Did not try breakfast so cannot vouch for that. Ice-maker only on main floor in separate vending room, but worked well. Only has one elevator, and it's right in the small main lobby near front desk. Aside from the single elevator, there are three sets of stairs - one at each end of long hallway, and one in center near elevator. Area feels safe and does not have a lot of bad reviews of cars being broken into like many/most of the other economy hotels around Columbus. Worthington is a pretty high class area. No vagrants or loitering in parking lots or area. Front desk staff was very nice, friendly, professional and helpful - both the night and daytime staff. Would definitely stay here again.

very minor issues. TV screen was quite dark, sound was very low - had to max it out and still sometimes hard to hear. Have never experienced this in any other hotel before. Probably an internal setting but could not access using remote control. Minor cleanliness issues, (Few small hairs found in tub, corners and behind furniture dirty, but all main areas were clean, bedding, floors, toilet, sink, bathroom floors etc.) While not perfect, I thought it was overall very reasonably and acceptably clean particularly when considering the price point and value of this property compared to everything else around it.

When we arrive, the guy at the front desk was awesome! Right there made the stay pleasant beyond expectation. You don’t usually get genuinely friendly people with a “happy to see you” attitude when checking in at many places. Our room was very spacious and clean. It was cool. The A/C unit was on and keeping the place at a pleasant temperature. We were happy the refrigerator was on and cold so our food did not spoil. We’ve been to places that turn them off between guest. There were plenty of outlets and USB ports. They have the built in soap and lotion dispensers by the sink. And the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. They were full and clean. They even had an updated television. No big box TV. A nicely mounted sleek look. We were so close to everything. We were able to walk to restaurants and places of interest. Everything was so close and in walking distance, that we could have a few drinks and not worry about getting back to our room. The morning check out staff were very friendly and smiling also. I really felt like they were glad that we were there. I would definitely come back here in the future if needing a place to stay again!!

There was nothing I didn’t like. There wasn’t even a pot hole or trash around the parking lot. It was very clean and well maintained.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the room didn't break the bank. What more could you ask for? If you are coming into town for an OSU game or a short stay in the area, this place is a steal! It's a Red Roof Inn, so not a lot of amenities, but if you need a clean bed to lay your head in a location that is super close to all of the places you'd want to be in Columbus (OSU, Downtown, Polaris), choose this place. You won't be disappointed.

Additional amenities (i.e. pairing with a restaurant in the area (there are several) for room service options) could create even more value for money here, but my stay was great.

Very clean and well lit parking lot for good security. Very Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Only complaint was the crazy type coffee machine near lobby. Not very user friendly. My one very important suggestion would be to supply the PHONE NUMBER of this exact property on its website. This way I can possibly take advantage of my military, or senior or AAA discount. I personally am not fond of using sites like Booking.Com.

Room was really nice they gave us extra pillows like I asked. It was very clean and everything worked like it should. Very happy we stayed here. The staff was fantastic as well. They were very accommodating and friendly. The front desk guy at night was very funny as he played a joke with us about our card it was just funny lol

The HVAC was difficult to control. The only way we could keep the room from being too hot, or cold, was to keep switching the heat on and off.

Location is fantastic, it does appear a smidge run down from the outside but don’t let that fool you. The stag is always great. Comfortable bed. Simple amenities which is exactly what I needed.

Could use some more parking- the hotel was full for events going on and I had trouble in the lot finding a convenient space

I stay in the best of the best hotels and I refuse to when I come to Cleveland yearly i have ALWAYS loved this hotel and stayed here probably 6 times now…it’s in a great location and just always been safe

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The TV wouldn't work for me. Whenever I turned it off it wouldn't come back on. The staff member said just change the channel, but that didn't work. He came to help me when we first got there but in the morning I just gave up.

I normally can find something wrong with any hotel I stay in. This was by far the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. Front desk clerk was great and made us laugh. Room was clean and even smelled clean. This will be my "go to place" if I'm ever in need of a room in Columbus.

I honestly can't think of a thing I didn't like.
