I like the location, I felt safe. I liked the quickness a check in issue was resolved as well as the tact used to resolve it by the staff. The room was cool and clean!

What I was not happy about is the fact that we had to park in the parking lot of the Double Tree next door after returning to the Sheraton after our event. It was late, my daughter and I had to walk a long way from the neighboring hotel through the parking lot. There were several spots taken up by heavy equipment and guests of guests based off of a comment made by someone else who was inconvenienced by having to park next door as well.

It was so nice! Had an outside & indoor options for the pool, my boys did both & loved having the options. The rooms were nice with super comfortable beds!

They gave us the wrong room to begin with, we checked in around 5 and went straight up got into swim clothes and went to pool then went up got showers, dressed then went to dinner. So when we went to get into bed around 1030 we noticed they gave us a queen instead of king so they moved us rooms at 1030pm. Then when we asked for a late checkout due to the issue they would only give us 30 mins. Kind of upset us seeing as in how we paid $150 for one night. Also paying $15 a person for breakfast was a little steep.

the property was clean. The rooms were really nice. I also liked the safety of the hotel.

you couldn't control the temp of your room. So if your cold the only thing you could do was just turn off then thermostat. It was super cold while i was there. They said they understood but it wasn't time to turn the furnaces on. Honestly they should be on all year incase of things like this happening. I know it wasn't their fault that the weather was crazy during the summer but to not have a way to warm up is crazy as well

It was a beautiful hotel! Very clean and very well maintained. The entry was beautiful! We stayed when we had just got a bunch of snow and even with the tracking of people and luggage it was beautifully clean. Very close to everything in the city but just off enough to not have the city noise.

The only problem we had was the lack of elevators. They had one down which left only two working elevators for which one was only the employee elevator which was accessible if you walked outdoors and in the back. On the day of our arrival I waited for a elevator for a bit of time which was completely full. The day we left we waited along with four other guests for 20 minutes or more for the elevator to either totally pass our floor not even stopping or when it finally did would be completely packed full with absolutely no room.

I have stayed here many times and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they are pet friendly. I also like the pools and the location is convenient to me.

I was disappointed that in the past year they removed the self serve coffee station in the lobby. You now apparently have to pay for coffee in the bar. I am also unsure what is going on in the section of the indoor pool area where the hot tub used to be - hopefully that is something they plan on getting that up and running again in the near future.

Extremely clean, updated. Pleasant employees. Allowed us a late check- out. Comfortable bed-particularly appreciated the fact that it wasn't a super high bed. Classy bathroom.

Would have preferred a free breakfast. The suites are designed well but tiny. Lighting in living room area inadequate for reading a book, even with all available lights on. There were a few men in the back parking lot talking very loudly, laughing from 10:30 pm until 12:30am. Our room was on the 2nd floor and their voices kept me up.

evonne,the front desk manger here sift was 3 or 4 pm till 10 ish I belive she was absolutely amazing at her job and on top of everything we needed or ask for ,so engaged with her job an all duties of her job .my opinion Evonne could manage the entire day to day operation of the hotel an entire staff she needs a bump in her responsibilities so we'll trained an doing what's right for costumers an the company, thanks for the great experience, SEAN BERWANGER AN FAMILY

It was quiet and clean. The room was beautiful. The bed was really comfy.

. We couldn't turn the air up, it was freezing and there is no way to turn the thermostat up. The options are turn the air completely off or get a blanket. We chose both and the room was still freezing. My husband has a medical condition that is affected by cold air. It could have been a better experience if they would have made the thermostat adjustable for customers.

I did not have breakfast because it was $15 per person, but the decor of the entire location was exceptional. The drive up entrance and the large waiting area were welcoming. They do have a pool area on the first floor, but did not go. The convenience of the fitness center being on the same floor as me was a plus. The check-in process was seamless and friendly staff. The room was spacious for a King room and very clean. The separate living room area is a plus, and the double entrance to the bathroom.

The drive to find the hotel was difficult, especially if you're arriving late at night and do not have a GPS to follow.

The grounds were very well kept and the hotel seemed to be updated. Very close to where I needed to be for my business trip. Seemed to have a professional client atmosphere, business crowds.

The floor near the bay window was dirty with a brown sticky substance that appeared to be under furniture at one point, had the shape of furniture. Tile in elevator was cracked and missing pieces. The bathroom wall had someone’s boogers one the wall near the toilet area.
