The hotel did not have my reservation even though Booking.com customer service said I had a reservation. I was charged the full price for one night. The Marriott would not honor the price I was given by Booking.com. After several attempts to call Booking.com customer service with no satisfaction, I was told by Marriott to book directly through Marriott and avoid Booking.com. I have never had this problem with Booking.com. Thus, I will not book through Booking.com and I will spread the word. So very disappointed.

I loved the room accommodations: Dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, microwave, toaster and refrigerator! What! It also had a swivel tv, so I could watch it on the sofa or in my bed. There was a designated eating space and a work station. The gym and pool were also nice and open.

This is a minor 'didn't like" other reviews indicated low plane noises, that was not my experience. It could have been a change in flight patterns or because I was on the 2nd floor. Also, the fire alarm was set off at approx. 10:15 p.m. by an over-cooked pop tart on the night I was to go to bed early for my morning flight. we waited until almost midnight before being cleared to return to our rooms. Neither of these is the fault of the venue,

General Manager Casey Illig and Area Director of Sales, Machelle Collins went way above and beyond to make me feel right at home.They have genuine care for each and every guest and treat everyone with the same level of warmth. Also loved the room itself. another bonus was the food and beverages on sale next to reception. Extremely convenient and had all the essential for a pleasant stay.

Only item I would like to see is a firmer bed. Bed was just too soft for me.

The room was very nice. Loved the shower. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service worked very well.

No hair dryer in the room. Although shuttle service was available very early (5:45 a.m.), no coffee was available until 6:30 a.m. when the restaurant opened. Having an urn of coffee available would have been very welcome.

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of choices to pick from. Great facilities like the gym and pool. The room was comfy and a great spacious size for one person with many facilities inside. Hotel very close to Columbus Ohio airport so very convient and efficient shuttle bus service. Would definitely recommend .

The breakfast was actually the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The breakfast workers were super friendly too! We loved the rotating tv in the room as well.

I wish you had rollaway beds available. We could have used one and were told the hotel didn't have them. Also, we had some light bulbs out in our room.

The layout and cleanliness of the room.

The desk agent could not find my confirmed reservation number #2722217883. I tried to call the property and of course got the desk agent I was talking to. There was no phone number or means of contacting Booking.com. being very tired with no means to straighten out the problem on a Sunday evening I gave the agent my credit card. I ended up paying twice, once to Booking and once to Marriott for the same stay. 186.83 x 2

The floor plan of our rooms was exceptional - better than any motel/hotel I've ever occupied. The decor was clean and simple, yet restful and beautiful to me, especially since it was unfettered by trite "motel art prints" I loved the versatility of the TV's ability to be swiveled any direction to be either watchable of less visually intrusive

The glass wall in the shower was unable to contain all the water spray for everyone in our party of 10 - perhaps it should be a bit deeper and the rug a bit more absorbent? It worked just fine for me personally and I loved the layout of the entire suite.

It was clean, very cozy and quiet, even though we had airplanes and we was in the airplane hotel, but it was different and I thank you for the hospitality

My Son got a chance to get in a pool twice in any of the food places was very local not too far

I like the fact it is so close to the airport, that there are business facilities and that everything is designed for 24/7 use. The kitchen was great and you don't have to just eat takeout.

A shuttle from the car return to the hotel would have been great.
