The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured...clean, comfortable and had all the amenities listed on the website. my only complaint was that I asked for a room right next to or across from the elevator because I am partially disabled. And i confirmed this with the front desk person who assured me that my room was just that. However when I took all my luggage up to the room, it was almost all the way down the hallway from the elevator, as far away from the lift as you could get. I was not happy about this.

I almost slipped and fell in the shower in which soap or some kind of slippery cleaning material had been left by house keeping on the shower floor. Thank God there were vertical handrails in the shower or it could have been a disaster!

The air conditioning unit in the first room that I had did not work. I did not realize this until I was in the room, unpacked, and situated. When I mentioned this to the front desk, in the early evening, they were pleasant, and accommodating. I was provided a new room, thankfully right across the hallway. The second room was clean, comfortable, and the A/C worked just fine.

Well, the airplane noise. Early Monday morning, you could hear the planes taking off every few minutes. That was annoying.

Bed was comfortable. Liked the bathroom shower and having plenty of space. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful when I needed any help. i snjoyed my cup of coffee and loved my hot shower. Was a very peaceful night.

The only thing I didn't like was what I found earlier in the morning after I woke up and straightening my mess. When making up my bed, the top bedsheet looked to have someone else's DNA smashed into the fabric and I didn't like what I seen. Just left things as they were and grabbed my luggage. Maybe caught the cleaning staff off guard that day.

Staff was nice, the friendliness overall was great. Room was clean, food was delicious, nice breakfast spread, hotel was clean. Thank you

The fact that I had to request my room towels at arrival, and again when I returned to my room after 1am. I called front desk for over 20 minutes no answer. I returned to the lobby, picked up a set of towels after waiting for them to return to the desk. Had my towels been left in my room as promised after speaking with several staff in the hall before leaving. This would not been a bad experience, then I found herself going back to the lobby. That changed the game!!

This was just an overnight stay on our way to "Up North" Michigan. Staff was friendly. Special mentions to night Manager, Shanique and desk clerk Krichelle at check-in. They were very understanding as they worked hard to trace my reservation. Also special mentions for Ms. E and Mr. T for great customer service at checkout. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was tidy!

I booked this through Book.com. For some reason, it was difficult to find my reservation, so the waiting after a long drive wasn't appreciated.

Booked Holiday Inn Express Airport. Called the hotel and their shuttle was down, they would cover cab fare. Took an Uber to hotel, wrong hotel. This Holiday Inn Express Airport told me it is the other Holiday Inn Express Airport. They wouldn't cover taxi, because their shuttle was working. Their shuttle didn't start until 7:00 AM. My flight was at 7:00 AM. Had to pay another Uber fare. Come to find out, there were 4 Holiday Inn Express Airport around this airport. Who would have known that.

Shuttle service started too late.

The location and staff. When I arrived, the system was down, but to prevent a delay in my check-in they accommodated me with an early check in and upgraded me to a King Room, and to my knowledge because I haven’t checked yet HA, at no extra charge.

I could smell cigarette smoke on a floor where smoking was prohibited, but I understand that the staff have no control over what what guest do in the privacy of their rooms.

Wi-Fi not working, cable very limited and would shut off randomly which made staying with a 2 year old challenging. breakfast was not as promised. only had eggs and cinnamon rolls. dry cereal no milk or yogurt or fruit for our toddler.

In the morning we found cars/trucks in the lot windows smashed. Glass everywhere! Thankfully not ours. We immediately felt insecure about our lodgings. My daughter remained another night--more vandalism. Won't be back.

Requested a 1st floor room and got it. Close to front desk and could see our truck from our room. Felt safe and secure.

The shower curtain and rod didn't keep water from leaking on floor. Had to wipe up a lot of water.
