Absolutely EVERYTHING…. been the ex executive housekeeping of Hilton brand hotels, four seasons, cabana bay in Orlando Florida, and stay here was a shock for me, always thinking that u need to stay in a big brand hotel to have everything you need, and see that I was totally wrong about it, I feel to the point that I don’t want to go back home, since the moment you enter to the moment you leave they make you feel at home, Zoe in the food area she is a WOW…. she is definitely a Keeper, the employ that any business need. please please never let her leave. highly recommend this hotel

The front desk staff were exceptional and welcoming. The staff working the food area in the morning. were also exceptional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice high ceilings. Everything was in good repair. They use dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, which is great - eco friendly and no little bottles to deal with. We were by the elevator, but we didn't hear it at all, and slept well on the comfortable beds and linens. This hotel is right by the highway, and it was nice to just pull out of the lot and be on our way in the morning. We missed dinner, but up to 3 alcoholic drinks are included.

Would be nice to have a fridge, but maybe not needed with 2 meals served and a little store (I didn't get a chance to check out what they had). The other amenities and service more than make up for this. I

The cleanliness all over was great. I love that they serve popcorn, Hor Derbes (like a meal) in the evening, and Breakfast was amazing as well. It may cost a little more than other hotels but you dont have to go out to eat Breakfast which is a save in the end. We brought 5 grandkids and they loved it. The pool is one of the cleanest I have seen in awhile. The staff was very nice and friendly.

ALL Staff and the room was very clean! Every staff member was so nice and looked or at least acted like they loved their job. That's so hard to see anymore. It was a wonderful stay! Thank You All!!

The only thing I didn't like was our neighbors, they were so loud. Woke us up at 1am and didn't seem to get any quieter, so I called the front desk and they switched our room right away. Our non sleep issue was definitely not the hotels issue. They corrected it right away.

The shuttles to & from our wedding destination were great. Also the facility was very clean.

Getting woke up to room service way before check out wasn't great. Also receptionist could of been a little friendlier, on their behalf he was really busy though so I understand that.

it was very clean, everyone was very nice, food was good.

unfortunately it was soccer weekend. so there were many young children not supervised by their parents running around the hallways. and the amount of people at once taking up the dining area. also, I was looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub which I could not due to the amount of kids in it.

Outstanding staff, friendly and knowledgeable without exception. Enjoyed the dinner buffet and drinks, much better than expected.

Meals not extra. Already paid a bunch to stay!

Wifi not secure. The whole reason I stayed there that couldn't be fixed, switched, refunded. Included drinks were not tasty. Only tried 2. Time period for those drinks needs to be extended.

Loved the hotel, loved the staff, they were so kind and went above and beyond! I was traveling for business over my birthday and I was able to upgrade my room to a jacuzzi suite. It made my whole trip better.

The room was right by the highway and traffic was so loud at night.

The complimentary drinks and evening food and hot breakfast was nice, not restaurant quality but it did the job. The room was nice and we enjoyed that we were able to get a late check out to use the pool after breakfast since the night before it was too packed to use. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The room was fairly clean but could use a little more attention to detail, for example the tile floors were dirty, my daughter spilled her water and when I wiped it up the towel was dirty. So it looked clean and swept but it lacked being moped. There was also leftover shampoo on the wall of the shower, maybe just allow the cleaners a little extra time per room? Also we chose to eat in our room since our kids had runny noses and didn’t think we needed to share our germs in the dining area and they were out of trays so we had to make 4 trips so it would be nice to stock up on those.
