The stay was great. Great staff that answered all my questions when I checked in and during my stay. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Amazing view of a lake with a fountain. Was able to walk around it as well.

There were a few minor things. When I arrived, and pulled the curtains, I had found a booger on the curtains. There was some red stuff in the tub. I took it as mildew or something. There was still some hair from the previous guest in the shower. Not sure if if was cleaned well, or at all. The key card lock on the door every 3-4 hrs would activate. The first couple times it scared be because I thought someone was trying to get in. Then I realized later that it was just malfunctioning. Also, might want to ass to your website that the pool in permanently closed. That was one of the reasons that I got that hotel was because of the pool, then found out that it was closed. Was not a huge deal, but still. Other people and families might want to know that before booking

The breakfast we great. The kids loved making their own waffles and the food tasted good. There was a lot of different items to pick from.

We booked here for baseball and most of the team booked here because it stated there was a pool. The pool was the main reason most of us booked, When we got there we were told the pool was closed and there was not an opening date. The team was so upset they couldn't have fun outside of baseball like they all had planed.

As soon as we arrived, the customer service was there getting everything ready for us. Oatmeal cookies at the desk (surprise us). The swimming pool was closed. She offered us to go swimming at the sister hotel next door. But, we turned it down because we had the Superior King sized room with the Hot Tub! We enjoyed it very much!

The swimming pool could have been opened.. But, no big deal!

Breakfast food was well maintained by the attendant. Booking price was good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very much appreciated the nice mini-fridge. Liked having K-cups available in the room.

A very minor point - the bathroom door was very squeaky! Breakfast was very average but adequate. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

Amazing friendly staff..rooms were very clean and great location..lots of restaurants close by

Had a room with a VERY loud child that her parents wouldn't even try to keep quiet. The lady looking after the breakfast table appeared like she didn't like her job...took lid off garbage can shuffled the garbage with her hands then went touching the food without washing her hands

Reception staff very helpful and friendly; gave me a sense of Belonging, very comforting when travelling on your own. Very handy having the computer in reception. Great location and close to Walmart.

sometimes I had difficulty with the door card, didn't always work. Each time I left the hotel and returned, I had to hook up to the wifi.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the woman working the breakfast worried so hard to make it nice and keep it stocked. The staff accommodated our wary arrival (even though it was very busy) and they set us up with a crib for our littlest one.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows smelled a little of smoke.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Many things nearby such as restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to right off the highway. It was a good value. I would stay there again

Rooms could probably use updating. The mattress was a little hard.

Room was clean band waffles were good. Staff was above average in friendliness.

The lock on our door was busted and we had trouble getting into our room. The staff knew about the door knob and had not fixed it before we got there. They were very prompt in helping us get inour room the one time we could not jiggle our way in.

The breakfast was just OK. It was great that I did not have to go some place else.

The shower area . I initially turned the water on and the water was all over the floor. I had the curtain pulled. The area was very slippery. I turned the shower head toward the wall and that helped. I DID tell the front desk of this.
