It sounded as though the people next door were either rearranging or breaking the furniture..lots of banging that went on for hours.
The hallways and public areas were filthy when I checked in. Lots of loud noise and banging from the room next door and this continued for several hours when I was trying to get to sleep. People loudly conversing in the hallways. Safety issue:End door constantly held open with a brick(I kicked the brick away and shot the door 5 times during a 2 day stay)

convenient and clean - rooms were updated, as were bathrooms. staff was very nice.
was a bit noisy, but a/c blocked it out. while clean, the smell of cleaning chemicals was overpowering- a/c to the rescue, again.

The younger male was rather unpleasant/snippy with us upon arrival. We'd spent the evening with our 15 month old granddaughter, whom we hadn't seen in 2 months as we live 4 hours away and always have to stay over. He could have asked if everything was all right. I'd have explained and apologized. Oh, my cell phone died and I had no charger.

The only thing was someone had a pit bull they couldn’t control and almost attacked my dog

Having to pay a deposit even though we stay 4 to 6 times a year and it always gets refunded. Extra step not needed for us.

Great location near event and restaurants. Easy to get to location.
Lots of noises from other guests in hallway and room above. Very noisy bathroom vent.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Loved the wood floors unlike most hotels carpet floors! The hotel was great for such a cheap price!
The outdoor landscaping was lacking giving the hotel an unfair and inaccurate run-down, trashy vibe.
