The hotel was nice and enough room for me and my three kids and husband in one of the smallest rooms they offered. They had complementary breakfast and a pool and they offered pool towel.

The cooked breakfast was not great, even for free hotel breakfast but the grab and gos’s (muffins/yogurt or even cereal where definitely good enough replacement options. The pool was small for the amount of guest they accommodate and definitely need a good pressure washing at the walking/seating area. The inside of the pool was clean and they offered clean towel at the pool which was great.

Everything was great, Except the bath tub was filthy! Rest of the bath and the room were very clean- but the tube was disgusting. In spite of the of being short staffed, the Gal working the front desk came up and cleaned it. This was So appreciated. She was professional and pleasant even though she was not part of the hotel housekeeping. Really went the extra mile.The hotel was almost fully booked and the front desk super busy. Corporate really needs to support you staff much more. In order to keep this type of quality employees!!

We had a great stay Ravi checked us in with a smile and efficiently we were a late arrival so just wanted to head to our room so appreciate that check in was fast. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Elizabeth took care of making sure that everyone had what they needed and checked on us and other guests. she brightened the room with her happy and positive attitude. This was our third night staying in different hotels and by far our best would highly recommend.

Great location, newer facility, clean, fantastic amenities at a reasonable price. The staff was exceptional. My daughter and I had to leave one morning at 5:45 AM (breakfast didn’t start till 6) and when we went down to try to at least grab coffee and a muffin or something, the attendant said everything was ready and even went out of her way to get us a to go container. The breakfast selection was incredible. sausage and biscuits, eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle maker (with tons of toppings including whip cream), hot cereal, several cold cereals, muffins, toast, bagels, breakfast bars, yogurt and fresh fruits. There was always fresh coffee regardless the time of day. hot cookies too! I would highly recommend this hotel and will book this particular facility when ever I’m in town.

Able to control air conditioning, hand sanitizer by elevators and the dispensers were filled! Breakfast available the full time that breakfast was offered, and coffee was good (not weak). Beds were comfortable, loved the pillows and liked that the drapes closed all the way.

The shower curtain had black markings on the white curtain. I think it was some type of mold. Large stain in carpet ( it was cleaned, but not enough) The roof must have something going on because it would crack loudly each night. I’m not sure what it was, but loud enough to wake us. It could be the buckling of the roof tiles/shingles due to the heat! May want to check.

The most spacious hotel suite I have ever stayed in. My family was unable to accompany me on this business trip, so I quickly sent them photos to show them what they missed. The suite was so large, I laid down my phone at one time, and couldn't find it LOL. Wonderful stay and I have already recommended it to some friends who plan on staying in the area

The only problem I had was lugging all my belongings to my room at the very end of the hallway on the 3rd floor, and neither room card was activated, so I had to take everything back to the front desk. The clerk did apologize for the inconvenience. It happens.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating even after checking out when I called to ask about an item that was left in my room. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from! We were there for my daughter's volleyball tournament and the hotel was less than a mile from the highway and from where the tournament was, so that was an added bonus!

The facility is clean and inviting with a bowl of apples and cookies, coffee and tea available in the lobby. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is excellent...close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping plazas. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

There was a full breakfast. I would have liked a server in stead of buffet style, just for safety reasons. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is a little worn, but the area is good for what we needed.

This is an older hotel and its starting to decline. The carpet walking up the inside steps are uneven and is a safety concern. However, the staff made up for all the deficiencies. We used the elevator.

Everything! Spotless. Best mattress I’ve ever slept on and bathroom wonderful. Breakfast here was delicious with a breakfast casserole unlike other restaurants. Choice of china plates as well as paper. All night coffee and cookies available as well. Did I mention how clean this place is…..pristine. Front staff were great as well.
