Didn't get a chance to get breakfast during our stay due to early morning softball games. the room was extremely nice for the 3 days we stayed. The staff was polite and helpful with anything we needed.

The ac unit in our room didn't keep the room as cool as it should have. But the temp outside was over 90 degrees. We got a room with the fold out couch bed. My 16-year-old daughter slept on that and said it was not comfortable at all. We had to get 2 bed comforters to soften it up just so she could get some sleep,

The location was great 23 mins away from columbus ohio. Minutes walking to all restaurants and shoping stores walmart, target, dicks, is like a big oh tangle mall but outside. even gas stations! . Breakfast was great especially ms sharon whom prepared stuff for breakfast. So sweet and helpful. She made sure ask if we neded anything if something was out she made sure was full. She kept up tables clean and area cleaned. House keeping Excellent and front desk staff. Out of all hotel i been to it was the most cleanes and best custumer staff. Wen ya go eat breakfast say hi to ms sharon she very sweet lady. Promt check in and check out. Love most u check out at 11am is pet friendly. Pool is nice and the gym also pss clean 2.. but pool u got to ask for a towel only place they dont keep towels.. on every floor lever Got vent matchines plus an ice maker. We loved our stay is ourfirst time in ohio!

The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Good location to many restaurants. I driver Semi trucks so when we have the chance for some good food, we try to look for a nice restaurant and the hotel was surrounded with them!

We had the king suite and it had a very very bad musky sour smell to the room and a couple of pillows!! This made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant for the most part.

Everything! It was clean, felt very upscale, plush bedding, fantastic breakfast and helpful staff.

Description on booking.com says King room with queen bed. I almost didn’t book it because of this as we prefer a king bed. Ratings were higher than comparably priced hotels so I did book and was very pleasantly surprised we did have a king bed and a very pleasant experience.

Great friendly staff! Perfectly sized room for solo guest. Breakfast was great. Shannon was sweet.

AC units at the bottom of the floor/window. They do not keep good temperatures when all thr blinds are closed... keeps the air nearby so it fools the stat in thinking it's the correct desired temp. Didn't figure that out until late at night when the room wasn't cooling off.

Location is on main intercity sections and close to address where I was I need to go the day after Can be recognized easily from far so can find the location easily Helpful staff

Breakfast variety is very poor comparing with other La Quinta hotels i have been before.

Sharon who was in charge of the breakfast was wonderful and helpful. Kept everything clean and full and the food was a great value. Also a woman at the front desk was so helpful it made our stay so nice.

A guide to search the television stations. Seems less available than that was on the pamphlet in the room.

Booking.com promised what they couldn't deliver. Due to back injuries, I can't sleep in a flat bed. Booking.com informed me by email that we would have a recliner, which the hotel doesn't have. Same email listed us for 3 rooms. Only 2 were booked. La Quinta very good. Booking.com not reliable.

The breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. This was our second time staying, it is our go to hotel for columbus.

Some of the hallway and our original room had a smell like musty smell but we were able to move to a new room no issues.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and we will continue to stay again! Clean, quiet, and comfortable in a safe area with lots of restaurants around and close to the fairgrounds. Breakfast is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
