First Thank you Jamie for making our stay feel so good. You have the right personality and the best customer service ever. Even though Jamie and I have never met, you made me feel like family. That was my first time being there (in Heath Ohio) and I was visiting my son for Mother's Day but you were awesome. I can't remember the young lady that was there that also assisted me as well the night that we arrived. Jamie you made sure that we had all the accommodations that we needed and you made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and spacious and the next time we come we are going to request that one particular room. People can say what they want about breakfast but it was good to us and it hit the spot. The indoor pool was relaxing and Jamie let me know when it was the best time to get into the pool. Keep up the good work Jamie and we will see you soon.

The staff were terrific! Maintenance man immediately fixed my tv (it was actually unplugged), and Melissa at the front desk was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition, this location is walking distance from everything you could want... I even walked to the BCE earthworks (about 1.5 miles away) and it was so interesting. Anyway, since I road in on a bike I was glad everything was close and easy. Melissa even had suggestions for a close dinner and yes, it was delicious!

The walls seemed a bit thin and a little noisy, but I really didn't notice with earplugs.

Location was great! Staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel!

The pool area could use more attention. I get there can be rust built up from all the moisture, but it was getting pretty bad, especially the drinking fountain.

Grab & Go Breakfast left a little to be desired. Waited in line at front desk to listen to what was available and "order". Microwave food, refrigerated food, banana's that were over ripe. No muffins or pastries. Also coffee was located in dining area. Not very well thought out. I understand during these uncertain times, it is difficult to handle situations. However, I have traveled to other hotels and was give 1) a boxed breakfast with yogurt, fruit, muffin 2) able to grab what I needed from the dining area and go

Breakfast was great. Location & distance to downtown Newark was good. The beds were maybe one of, if not THE most comfortable I’ve EVER slept on ANYWHERE. Would love that bed at home! Only problem was how tall they were. But super comfy.

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well at all. We notified the girl at the front desk when we left. That is my only unsatisfactory comment. And I’m sure it’s handled now.

this hotel is the cleanest I’ve stayed in staff is always courteous and happy. that’s why we always stay there when we’re in that area. couldn’t ask for a better experience

Comfortable and convenient Good breakfast

Breakfast ends at 9 am. Rough for us traveling and on west coast time. Most places stop at 10. Pool was cool, no hot tub. Mirror has a mark on the wood that looks gross could be sanded and fixed.

I do not remember her name, but the lady that checked me in was an absolute angel. She checked me in with ears, she’s very sweet friendly and upgraded my room for me❤️ very grateful and blessed! thank you! 🥰❤️❤️

Breakfast was minimal but I attribute it to COVID-19 protocols. We were okay with it. Otherwise the stay was great. The facility met our expectations.

The Wifi in the room needs a booster. It constantly fluctuated when we got on to get some work done. I am thinking it was because we were away from the main modem. My suggestion is that each floor gets a booster.

Cleanliness and staff excellent

Coffee maker not working in breakfast area and took them until the next morning to fix.
