Surgery scheduled for my aunt the next morning, a mere 2 minutes away at Mt Carmel Hospital. The front desk clerk was amazing, welcoming, helpful and very helpful. The room was pristine, roomy, bathroom fully stocked with plenty of towels, etc. The beds…oh my goodness…so comfortable. I never have as good a night’s sleep than when I stay at this Home2Suites. Free breakfast was also delicious. Plenty of complimentary coffee, juices, etc. My 6th time staying here, and it never disappoints.

Due to a surgical procedure scheduled for the following morning I had traveled through a snow storm to arrive at the hotel, checked in and proceeded to a near bye restaurant for dinner. While at dinner I received a call from the surgical group cancelling my procedure for the next day. The hotel was kind enough to allow me to cancel the room reservation so I could head back home to deal with a power outage at my residence. My thanks to the management and staff for their consideration of the situation and allowing the room rate to be reimbursed back to my credit card. Hilton is really a name you can count on.

good location for us. Nice rooms with enough space so you don’t feel cramped.

We understood that there wouldn’t be housekeeping on a daily basis, but it would have been nice to have extra trash bags and liquid dish soap so we could keep our room clean.

It was difficult to get the temperature comfortable for long we talked to the maintenance person, but it didn't really help. Angie who worked the breakfast buffet was super nice Kelley at the front desk was very friendly

The sliding door was nice but it wouldn't stay closed well.

Our room didn’t get cleaned. I had to go to front desk when we got back around 10 pm and ask for towels and coffee for coffee maker. Bed wasn’t made either.

Very spacious accommodation with extremely comfortable beds. In fact, these are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

no shower gel in shower. low on toilet paper. shower had moldy corners wash cloths did not smell fresh!! coffee pot had not been cleaned still had used pods in it!!!

The location was good and close to the wedding venue and other hotels that guests were staying in. It was pet friendly and parking was easy.

I had booked a 1 bedroom suite but on arrival I was told that is not what I had booked and put us in a king room. The staff member that checked us in was not very friendly or helpful. The other staff were more friendly. We had a fire alarm go off at midnight one night and had to evacuate. Hotel staff were not very communicative during this episode.

kitchen & living area made it a great place for 4 day stay. loved having a toaster

Lousy coffee maker. it was the type you can’t easily buy coffee for. No dark roast coffee for the machine or in the lobby.
