The location was great with a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff was super. We were very pleased with the hot breakfast. Nice selection of items and lots of great topping choices for your waffles or eggs. Would stay again if in the area.

The bed was fair, but I've rested better. The pillows were not to my liking, just not soft. The hot tub wasn't working while we were there, which was disappointing. Also, there is no elevator.

I liked the convenience of the location from the highway and the commitments we came to town for. The pool was beautiful. I knowtist lots of kids enjoying that. And the staff was super friendly and extremely caring!

The bathroom in the room was fairly small. But served its purpose non the less. Also, even though the beds were very comfortable, you could definitely tell they were very old. They also made squeaking noise upon rolling.

We always have wonderful luck staying Best Westerns. This one was just like the others, quiet, clean, and friendly staff. When we arrived we were greeted by, Paul, who was very friendly and cared about our experience. He went over details about our King Suite Jacuzzi room so we knew where everything was in our room to enjoy ourselves. We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere quiet and clean to stay. This location definitely met our expectations! We will be staying again if ever in the area.

I did enjoy the quiet, and how clean the place was. I love the location, it's close to everything, Walmart was nearby, gas station, and the town wasn't too far away either plus the highway I-71 is very near to the hotel, and yet you couldn't hear the noise from the highway I was pleasantly surprised so I could have a great night sleep.

No complain

We needed a quiet weekend getaway to rest and recharge and this was perfect. The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with no overpowering odors and nicely maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was huge. Super friendly staff, too! Overall a great value.

The pool was not open during our stay. However, I really appreciated the staff calling earlier in the day to let us know.

Staff were very nice and breakfast very good. The jetted tub was nice but the person who checked us in, didn’t tell us where the switch was to turn on the jets.

No elevator! We are on a motorcycle and had to make several trips up stairs to the room! I should have requested a ground floor.

Great accommodating staff Unbelievable that the place is pet friendly when there’s no indication of that in the rooms. Properly cleaned and fresh. Spacious room. Close to snow trails. The staff are all so wonderful and helpful.

That I didn’t stay longer

The place was centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. Very friendly staff.

We received no house keeping to our room, even though we left a sign asking them to serve the room. No we didn't say anything.

Right off the highway. Easy to find, close to gas stations. Staff was nice and friendly, facilities were standard. Room was clean.

Didn't see anything I didn't like, just a good stopping point for the night.

The hotel was as described, clean, updated room with nice bed. The furniture was somewhat out of date but it was not a problem. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed for renovation. Breakfast was OK. Packaged items but fresh fruit.
