The bed, that was the best sleep I’ve ever gotten away from home, I need to know what kind of mattress they have.

I wasn’t able to find a staff member at checkout, there was a sign saying they were busy, and a basket for keys but that didn’t seem very secure so I did mobile checkout and left me keys in the room. Everything worked out fine with it but I had a few questions and was surprised there wasn’t more than one staff person for such a busy time of day

Location is perfect for those travelling along 90. Room and facility are clean. Breakfast is great.

Front desk SHOULD have an updated list of clean, quest ready rooms. We were tired after 8hr drive and needed to take rest but front desk assigned us a room that was not done...not once but TWICE. Finally front desk got it right the 3rd time. Things happen but our experience should have the management review how list of clean, guest ready clean rooms are properly relayed to the front desk.

Very large and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was nice, and Bee who ran it was very friendly and helpful. The choice of TV channels was pretty good. They had a nice desk at which I could work. The staff were friendly.

The complimentary WIFI seemed rather weak. I didn't find the bedding materials to be the most comfortable that I've had.

Comfy beds clean rooms and bathrooms. Hot breakfast was pretty good.

The pool was down the whole stay. We always book hotels based on two things :pool and hot breakfast. When you are taking kids and they know there is a pool but it isn't working it disappointing.

Hotel renovation was excellent. Room was perfect. Looked completely new. Hallways, lobby area, breakfast area all looked excellent. Hot breakfast was very good, also. Nice staff members who were very helpful (Bea). Tables and chairs in front porch area great for us cigar smokets.

Pool renovation not completed so pool was closed, though our party wouldn't have used it.

The employees, from desk staff to housekeeping, were very friendly. Facility is pet friendly and staff are attentive to pets. The facility was clean with inviting decor. Room was spacious, up to date, and maintained.

A discarded item from a previous guest was found on the floor, near the bed. Room had only one trash can, in the bathroom, that filled quickly.

Missy was nice and helped us get our room needs taken care of. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job in preparation of our room.

There was debris in and around the refrigerator and by the desk. The bathroom floor was sticky.

It's nice that breakfast is available at 6:00am, not 7:00 like other hotels. Especially when you are travelling for business, and have to be out early.

Mini fridge was almost unusable. Would have liked a plain scrambled egg and bacon or sausage option for breakfast. But, all in all, the stay was good.

Breakfast, although sparse due to covid idiocies, was nicely done and quite generous. The staff was helpful and delightful to deal with. I was also able to change the tv station to something less controversial than the news.

It would be great if the staff didn't have to deal with priceline/expedia/et al problems that take them away from their regular duties. Staff was incredibly patient (I saw it happen three times while I was there) with those internet booking agencies. They helped customers in spite of the problems.

I booked a king suite. We really enjoyed the extra room to spread out since my husband drove all day and I had some work to do when we arrived that I was unable to do in the car. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing!
