Quite clean. Breakfast was hot and varied, with diced potatoes being a particular highlight. Room's decoration was tasteful and minimal, geared towards millenial or gen x middle class sensibilities. Toiletries are in the higher quality range but bought in bulk and bolted to the wall in dispensers to manage cost (which is a trend I appreciate, I'd rather have good soap there instead of crappy soap that I can take home).

Desk staff was very polite with me, I did notice a very distressed customer, an older gentleman who seemed to be in town for business who wanted help with the wifi and got brushed off with no sympathy.

Went to check out ..... Yes I checked out around 4am 5 due to the fact it was a Saturday and I was a truck driver.... I wanted to get home to northern NY (2 hours north of Syracuse) to my children..... The young man was very rude .... Because I needed my invoice.... I guess the computer was down he said it. Be ten mins..... Ok no problem..... About 4 mins went by and he came back to the desk yelling at me that the computer was down.... I asked if he was seriously talking that way to me.... I told him well let me leave my info so it can get mailed I need it for my company. He refused to take any sort of info down..... He didn't even know what room I was in ...... Very rude man..... The lady at check in was out of this world amazing!!!!!

Hotel was nice, everybody was nice that I saw and talked with. The breakfast was good setup

I understand the policy of check in time frame. I do like that they let me call in to check in my room cause we were gonna be late getting there. But what if I couldn't make a call where I was to call in? Cause I couldn't get my vm message that they left me about getting checked in

Hotel new, clean, and has a great location right off interstate 71. Good restaurants nearby including Brown Derby and Blue Heron Brewery. Fitness area excellent compared to most hotels. Standard hotel breakfast slightly above average, nice breakfast area. Typical pool, water nice and warm, no hot tub.

A couple of minor items: room had no tissues upon arrival, no extra roll of toilet paper. Shower ran out of hot water once during the afternoon, rest of the time there was no problem with hot water. Breakfast area had no knives over the weekend, seems some staff member could have picked up some from a local store if there was known supply issues. Door to business area was not working with room cards, had to ask front desk attendant to open door. Hallways on each floor cold (probably saving fuel to keep costs down and was very cold outside). One evening water not hot in hot water pot in lobby area.

The breakfast potatoes had meat in them so my vegetarian daughters were a bit disappointed. The staff was so sweet and accommodating, they actually made us some special hash browns without meat!

only problem was at breakfast, someone who was clearly ill, was hanging around the breakfast area touching everything, coughing spluttering blowing his nose - we were to afraid to eat in there due to covid concerns. The staff was not able to deal with this situation.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind.

My partner had the breakfast and he didn't care for the Canadian bacon. He would have preferred sausage or regular bacon.

The maid service could have been a little bit better they never came to my door at all and asked me if I needed clean towels I always had to go and ask them.

Large room with couch. Nice shower.

No clock in the room. One towel and wash cloth for each guest. Staff was not too accommodating.
