Hot breakfast available which was a great addition. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights to attend my sisters wedding nearby but ended up being so busy, I didn’t get a change to see the pool or hot tub. I enjoyed the fact that you didn’t hear any noises or loud drunk people in the halls during the night. It was very quiet. My mom had stayed here a handful of times and loves it.

The windowsills in the rooms were pretty filthy. Dead bugs, dust and debris sat in the surface as it looked like it has not been cleaned in a couple months.

The room was large and comfortable.

There was a light bulb out above my sink. The lamp on the desk top had wiring problems - came on but the light flickered. I tried tightening the bulbs, but that did not work. The refrigerator door was extremely difficult to open and shut. It was jammed against the wall in the space under the counter and the carpet part way up the wall prevented it from opening and closing properly.

Dan was super nice and friendly. The pool area was awesome and roomy for kids and adults. The lobby was roomy to visit with family to come see us while we were here. Location was great. We will most likely return.

There wasn’t any napkins or paper towels left out in the dining area for us to use for our delivery dinner. We had to use bathroom towels. We didn’t know we could have had a discount since we were in for a funeral. That would have been nice to receive.

The pool and hot tub were large, clean and warm. The hotel was clean, and conveniently located to the interstate and local restaurants. My son enjoyed the game room.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable. They had two elevators but only one seemed to be in service and it was painfully slow. I didn’t eat breakfast because it didn’t appeal to me (eggs were watery, sausage was grey).

Comfortable bed, clean room, great location. Coffee in room, fridge, and microwave were all good. Nice size room.

convenient to Wadsworth hospital and had many restaurants and stores near by; the stay was short but pool and hot tub was clean, and breakfast had lots of choices

It was good. The safety bars in the bathroom were so good. The towels were thick and awesome to use. I was tempted to ask if I could buy one. The swimming pool and the hot tub were great!

The coffee was too weak! Sausage only one day out of the five days we were there. Could have had bacon one day.

We were very happy with our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The pool was clean and nice set up. If ever in the area again, this would definitely be where we would stay.

Not much options for breakfast but understandable as we stayed through the week and not very many guests. This was only issue we had and again, understandable. They still had microwavable sandwiches and coffee.

We stayed for a festival that was in the area. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I was pretty drunk and it was late and I needed food, he showed me where the hot pockets were. I was so happy to eat my hot pockets.

Easy on and off the interstate. Great restaurant next door. Easy to check in and out. Beds are comforatable.

Breakfast was typical hotel continental. Would be nice if a few more quality hot items.
