This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever seen. The gentleman at check-in was warm and engaging. The happy hour in the evening and breakfast the next day were wonderful! A great selection of cocktails and delicious food were provided at no additional cost. Once again, the staff was remarkable. Helpful, courteous and friendly. This amenity is such a plus; it was so nice after our long drive to not have to search out a restaurant for dinner. Our room was very clean, extremely comfortable and quiet. Great mattress! An ice machine is located on each floor as an added convenience. Our dog loved it, too! Location was easily accessible from the highway. We discovered Drury Inns on our way to Florida for the winter and then had the good fortune to be able to stay multiple times at different locations. Given the choice, Drury will always be our first choice.

The elevator call button not working on 2nd floor was inconvenient and a little scary for the wheelchair bound. That needs to be addressed with some urgency and you really should have two just for safety or convert all first floor to handicap accessible.

They are pet friendly. The kickbacks were awesome. The staff was very friendly. Very clean and nice. When we brought it to the staff's attention that we couldn't enjoy the hot tub they sent us a voucher for a free stay. Kudos !

There was a mother with 4 young children using the hot tub as a baby pool. They had floaties and splashing about so adults couldn't enjoy it. Staff said it is not against policy so they could not do anything about it. They suggested we spend a night during the week which doesn't really fit our schedule. It was Mother's Day weekend and we wanted to treat ourselves to a hot tub and we ended up not being able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

Breakfast and dinner good. I didn't like that I was charged twice

I didn't like that I was charged twice for my stay. I had booked through booking.com and they charged my card immediately, I called and canceled the room, same day, got a cancelation number and all, then rebooked because they only had 2 rooms left. But I was still charged. I need my money, I did what I wad supposed to do but was still charged. I didn't even get my incidental fee back. If this isn't resolved soon, I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH YOU GUYS EVER AGAIN.

Chatara who handle the happy hour kickback was amazing. She was friendly, quick and the food was amazing.She should be promoted.The front desk staff and Chatara checked on us and other quest in the dining hall and at the pool. Customer Service was definitely a 5 star experience.

The breakfast was not very good. I couldn’t find anything enjoyable. The staff serving breakfast was nice though.The pool is too small but very clean.

We didn't have breakfast. We had traveled quite a distance and we were exhausted. The hours of breakfast between check out times and the hours breakfast was offered at the Druury hotel We just weren't able to use they stop serving at 930am.

Morning breakfast starts too late for traveling healthcare workers to get a good start before their shift. The television stations are anemic. When coming back from a 13 hour shift a little variety would be nice. No Oxygen, We, ID, Paramount, or Sundance? Finding good entertainment helps relax one for the stressful day ahead.

The location was great! Staff were awesome, so friendly!

There were lots of unsupervised children running around and water from wet people in the lobby, in front of the elevator and on the elevator. Placing the pool entrance/exit in the lobby so close to the elevator seems to not to have been a great architectural design choice. It would have been nice to have more written or signage for breakfast and dinner times.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly! Decent breakfast spread, and the evening snacks were enough for a whole meal. The hotel is extremely clean. The bathroom looked like it had never been used. Overall very good experience!

The exceptional hotel comes with an exceptional price tag.

Drury was clean. Everyone was kind, helpful, pleasant. Our room was just what we needed. Breakfast was great. Friday dinner was great. All the dining room staff was pleasant, kind, helpful. The front desk staff as well. I called to see if we could get in before 3 pm. They had the room ready when we get there around 1:30. They made every effort to make it happen. We loved everything about our stay.

Nothing but wish they nightly cost was cheaper but we understand. It goes along with groceries, gas etc.
