Breakfast typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were CLEAN! Rarely do I find a hotel that I am comfortable in due to the cleanliness, for when I'm staying in a room after a stranger whom I do not know, I don't want to be staying in their dirt. This hotel did not disappoint!!!!! I was very happy and comfortable in our rooms. I applaud the housekeeping staff!! Please keep up the Great work!!!

No complaints, lobby was adequate and useful, pool was nice, facilities were nice and taken care of!

Facility was exceptionally clean. My room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The shower stalls are HUGE! I'm a 6'1" female and was amazed at how great your showers were. Also, the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've ever had, which is saying something because I've been traveling since I was 18. Great job. When I come back to the area I'll definitely stay again!

Literally nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The check-in was terrible. We arrived late on 8/19, the Cc machine, card reader was not working. The night staff put us through the ringer and would not believe it was their machine even after I confirmed from my Cc company that nothing came through. They finally believed me after 4 other guests arrived, and they could not check anyone in. We arrived before 11 PM and got to our room after midnight.

payment of good internet access says free online BUT when in room first thing they want is more money for faster Wi-Fi high priced room but kinda ok with that BUT they estimate cost of stay and still haven’t received what they didn’t charge when they OVER ESTIMATED MY STAY was gonna stay an extra night but cost for 2 nights was over 414 and they couldn’t tell me at the time of adding the 3rd night what the total would be SNACKS NEXT TO LOBBY DESK ARE DEFINITELY MOTEL PRICES!!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was alright...no eggs and the warmer was working but nothing in it. No choice of bagels, but cream cheese was offered.

The carpet in hallways were worn and big wrinkles making it difficult to push cart.

Breakfast was very good... lots of choices, clean and comfortable area for eating.

We couldn't figure out the tv... no instructions... we are boomers and not real tech savvy so it would have been helpful to have A cheat sheet! Front desk person couldn't help us either.

Very nice location, a lot of good dining options nearby. Cincinnati outlet is 10 minutes away. Good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

There was a little noise coming from outside, if you are a light sleeper like me, you can get uncomfortable.

very good location close to everything stores,restaurant,ect. I really liked the breakfast, the lady in charge really takes pride and she was making sure everything was fine! It made you feel like your mom was making you breakfast! I forgot to ask her name, but she was very kind!

Our room was very well kept, clean, and comfortable. It was much more spacious than other hotel rooms we have been to in the past. Their pool area was clearly maintained and smelled of chlorine so we felt comfortable swimming. The breakfast options were great, and the space for lounging and eating was awesome.

It was close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. It wasn’t far from the interstae or difficult to find. Although it is about 30 minutes away from downtown Cincinnati, it was a quick trip there and to the zoo without heavy traffic, and it was much cheaper than staying closer to downtown. Our room was spotless and comfortable. It did not smell like smoke or cleaning chemicals. The pool was clean, and the gym was enjoyed by my teenagers.
