The in-room spa was wonderful and relaxing. Room was very comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Lighting was dim in the main part of the room. Good lighting in bathroom except light switch was difficult to find on wall. Especially since it was not placed just inside door. You had to feel around for it and since it was a push button type it was difficult to feel for it and push button on. There no laundry bag available to place dirty clothes in.

Everything was great! Good location. A new and modern hotel with ample free parking. The room was big and spacious! The hotel was quiet and no sounds were heard from other guests. The king bed was comfortable and the room temp was completely controllable. The breakfast selection was really good with cold and hot options and the coffee was hot. We had a super good stay!!!

Breakfast was good. Sausage biscuits and gravy was very good. Beds were very soft.

Found a plastic razor head guard on the floor under the sink. No vending available, even at the desk area. No way to get a bottle of water or a soda without leaving the hotel.

I'm a receptionist, so I LOVED THE QUIET. The Jacuzzi was excellent, I slept like a baby. There are a ton of food options up the road too. I enjoyed everything about my room.

I didn't like being told I'd receive a discount, when checking in with AAA. Even though Katie told me she left a note in my reservation.

Cause of rugs in pouring and stuff from the elevator seem like they needed to be revamped the elevator was real shaky going up and down and the carpets and stuff was kind of wore out

Super convenient location with lots of options for food off the interstate. The staff was very courteous and the room was pretty welcoming overall. The bed was also pretty comfortable and the pillows were absolutely amazing

We ordered a room with a jetted tub expecting something to be like what was in the pictures we saw online. Online, we saw a two person tub close to the bed. What we ended up getting was a single person tub in a room with a massive window right over the tub. My wife felt pretty uncomfortable with it due to the fact that the window had no covering and could be easily looked into from the parking lot and the main road for the area

Location and surprisingly quiet for being next to freeway. One night the person next door had tv on 1-4am but finally turned it off.

Everything was Absolutely great!

My husband and I loved the room, it was spacious yet cozy and had everything we needed and more. We were pleasantly surprised they used Dove products in the bathroom and the whole experience was great.

The hotel was wonderful, staff was super friendly. I absolutely loved that they had quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! I recently stayed at a resort in Vegas they are supposed to be a 5 star resort they had cheap shampoo conditioner and soap and they did not compare to the cleanliness and friendliness. Highly recommend Holiday Inn express in Milford
