The room was very clean and very nice. It was modern decor and ample room for my belongings and to stretch out. The big window was lovely to sit in front of and have a morning cup of coffee. Gym was very nice although I could not figure out how to adjust the height of the Peloton bike sadly. Towels, water and ice were right inside or just outside of the gym. Lots of equipment to use. The bed was insanely comfortable and nice big pillows that fit a king bed.

Hotel check-in staff were not wearing face masks which felt very odd and no protective screen at the desk. Would prefer a hotel that was a bit more cautious about covid. The room and bed were extremely comfortable - my only complaint is that the sunlight came in from underneath the curtains. Perhaps they could do something to fix that particularly an issue for me coming from overseas as I was jet lagged and would've preferred sleeping in later. The price I thought was quite expensive for a random business park in Cincinnati.

The location was central to activities we went to such as the zoo and museum. It was a good layout, the design was beautiful, and we loved the story of Maxwell so much that we bought one and brought him home. Staff was well versed in knowledge of charges that we saw to our account and were clear and concise when explaining it. My husband and I appreciated how nice, friendly, and helpful everyone was including the maintenance/cleaning staff!

The only thing we did not like was the parking. It had large pillars close to the parking spots that were a bit hard to maneuver. It was also difficult to find parking if there was an event taking place, which happened during our stay.

It was an expensive night. However the facilities were spotless and absolutely beautiful. Every employee we encountered went out of their way to greet us and smile and were so kind and helpful! I would without a doubt stay here myself but also refer others!

Cost was high but understandably. Not sure there was really anything that we didn’t enjoy.

We loved the unique structure of the property. It was spacious and upscale. The art gallery was a classy touch. The workout room even had a Peleton bike and an empty room for floor exercises and yoga! It is also close to Kenwood Mall😊

Small parking garage and having only 6 carts. Had to wait extended periods for carts at check in and check out. However the staff was great at helping to locate and retrieve carts from folks already checked in.

We found the room to be quite spacious. This is important, especially when traveling with two dogs. The staff was informative and very friendly. Overall, the hotel was wonderful. We will definitely keep the Summit in mind when traveling in the future.

We found the restaurant to be a bit pricey, for both breakfast and dinner.

If you have a truck, don’t try to park in the garage in front of hotel. Drive around the back side of hotel and there is another parking garage that has a little bigger parking spaces. A table in our king size room would have been nice like the pictures show!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was solid. The bed was comfortable, I had ample space. The bathroom was clean. The parts of the hotel I saw were clean in general. Parking is very easy and on the property. There was no extra charge. I was in town for a homecoming college football game and this is a good location if you want affordable and just outside Cincinnati but not too far at all. You can get to downtown Cincinnati in about 15-20 mins tops. Slightly less if you are going to UC or Xavier. It is a straight shot off I-71.

This is very minor but I am picky about pillows. I prefer regular size but these were quite long. They were perfectly comfortable but very long pillows.

The hotel was awesome! It exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and sincere about meeting your needs. I witnessed a host happily take the picture of a couple to their satisfaction! You could tell he truly wanted to help. The restaurant food was delicious; everything I ordered! If I am ever in Cincinnati, I will definitely stay here again!

Room was bright and spacious! It was very clean. Bathroom was also very roomy and well designed.

Parking garage is very awkward to park in. It did, however, have plenty of spaces to choose from. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Didn’t really understand what what options were available. It wasn’t clear to me.

Nice location, beautiful building on the outside and especially on the inside. The art gallery as well as different pieces of art throughout the hotel is an awesome touch. Parking on property isn’t an issue. Very upperclass atmosphere.

Only inconvenience was no microwave in the rooms. For a king suite that’s over $200/night you’d think there would be a microwave included.
